Terrible experience. Firstly, when giving the estimate, I had several calls and gave the exact details and dimensions of the stuff to be delivered. When they came for pick up, they said, that was just an estimate and wanted to charge me more than 25% above what was quoted. They offered 1 month free storage. I paid for 2 extra months and had a specific delivery date which I confirmed several times with different people. The truck arrived at the property 2 weeks after pick up without notice 3 months earlier which put us in a very difficult situation. I had to find and pay for a storage while I was out of country. They dumped the stuff there and would not accommodate any of our needs. At the end, we had to take delivery 3 months in advance, paid for extra storage, and extra move-in fees from the storage to the apartment and extra assembly fees. I would not recommend this company at all. Totally incapable people, and total rip-off! More...
