We just had a private party for our two children this past weekend. The service was excellent! The ladies working that morning did everything, including set-up for the party, keeping the party on track, cutting of the cake, and the tear down at the end, including getting all of the gifts and extra food together and loading it up in the car. We never felt rushed to end the party, or move the children from one event to the next. The party planner constantly asked us if we needed anything else, or if there was anything that we needed. When we brought extra food in, they provided us with plates and utensils for the outside food.The facility was clean and well maintained. The inflatables and other areas could be accessed by both my toddler and older child, and since the entire facility was open, I didn't feel like I had to hover around them to keep an eye on them like at other children's play facilities. We always have a great time! The passes work for all day, so you can go get lunch and come back. This is definitely my favorite indoor playground. There is a "house area" that has a play kitchen, lego type blocks (small and extra large) and dress up clothes. The huge bubble is one of my daughter's favorites. We were visiting Grandma and Grandpa for 10 days and went here on our 9th day and I'm sad we didn't go our first day! This place is amazing and so affordable that we could have gone almost every day and it would be worth it for our very active 2 year old! Place is very clean, lots of toddler and big kid activities. I would highly recommend going. It is near the mall, but is on the perimeter so there is plenty of parking. It was less than $5 for my daughter and free for adults.Make sure to wear socks and condense your belongings into the diaper bag so you can run around with the kiddo! More...

Any time I'm asked to go with a friend to an indoor play place...I find myself finding ways to say no...to get out of going. Because usually they are overpriced, dirty, and don't keep my kids' attention. Not the case with Everland Play.The bounce bubble in the middle is awesome. Such a great addition. I love the climbing area. I never feel like I have to watch my daughter as closely as I do in other play places. It feels a bit safer and more easily accessible for me should I need to jump in and help her.Is it as clean as I'd like? Not entirely...but you've got a ton of kids running around playing every day. How awesome is this place!?! Price is super affordable, the facility is clean, and temperature is always comfortable. My daughter has so much fun each time we've gone. My only complaint is that some of the older kids tend to get extremely rowdy and bring it into areas designated for toddlers or younger children. Fun place for my 4 year old. Pluses:- The giant bounce thing in the middle... straight up awesome.- The dress up area is cool. but i have a few complaints:- I paid $12 to get her 2 younger siblings in. The Baby Area is pretty dingy and also dirty. There was dirt/fuzz in every corner in there. Gross.- My daughter LOVED the dress up area but everything in it is dirty and ripped. We enjoyed our time here. The facility was clean and not crowded when we went which was perfect for us. I was able to climb the structures with my kids which was fun for us all. The toddler area is cute with tons of fun things for younger kids to do. The large inflatable bouncing balloon thing in the center of the facility was a highlight for both my kids. We did try a few of the arcade games, but several of them weren't working or took our coins. The girl working at the counter (I wish I had her name!) was really sweet and helpful. We brought our 1 1/2 year old grand daughter to Everland as a day-out activity, giving our son and daughter-in-law an afternoon 'break'. It was so much fun for us to see her play, and laugh, and squeal with excitement. She enjoyed the crocodile seesaw, the bubble pit, and the crawl-through tunnel in the kiddie corner, and dancing to the music on the psychodelic dance floor in the main area. She loved the puppets and dress up corner, and even took the wheel on the big video games (which she enjoyed without even putting in any tokens). We were really amazed at her fine motor skills and balance as she climbed up the rainbow arch, then turned herself around to back down the opposing side of the arch. It was a great few hours for just about $6. We will definitely make this one of our traditions with her. (By the way, Everland is extremely clean and well-maintained. All children and parents/grandparents must wear socks. I was not wearing socks, but needed to buy a pair in order to enter. It only cost me $1.50 for footie socks. So affordable. I recommend Everland for a few hours of fun, or for a great birthday party event. More...

Very impressed with the new changes! Super cool. However, I still wish adults could join their children on the inflatable slide house in the back like before. I am glad the balls are back on the other slide!! Staff was extremely attentive and constantly sanitizing play areas (don't see that as much on the weekends-- busy I'm sure), but I LOVED IT! This indoor playground is very very clean and nice. I use to go different playgrounds but this is one is the best so far. We went here after a friend had attended a birthday party, it was a blast, we ended up having our daughters birthday there. From the clean play areas and helpful staff everything was perfect, its obvious they think about the kids and parents, from costumes for the kids to socks if you forget, and for parties, the coordination is fabulous, they had a lighter, helped serve food and made sure the party kids in our group were all happy and enjoying everything. I have loved this place since we started going a few years ago. Clean and fun for all ages. However it would have been nice to know that a daycare center would be there today. My friends and I, along with our children, had an end-of-the-summer playdate there today. We expected the usual crowd, but a massive group of 50 daycare kids (and their three inattentive daycare workers) showed up half an hour after it opened. Unbelievable chaos. But what do you expect? It was frustrating though, as a mom of three, to attempt to keep tabs on my smaller kids as a bunch of eight-year-olds ran roughshod all over everyone. I get that this wasn't the staffs fault, and while I don't fault Everland exactly, it would be nice to know the days daycares would be utilizing the space. We would plan to come a different day. Just had my sons birthday party at Everland tonight we did a private party from 7-9 and it was awesome!! The girls did such a great job keeping everything on track and were very attentive I didn't have to do anything! Everybody had a blast I would definitely do another party here I'm not sure what happened at the other parties to get such bad reviews but ours was great and I was very impressed thanks Everland for making my sons 2nd birthday one to remember! I am a nanny and I took all 3 of the kids here today! We had so much fun!! The 9month old had fun in the baby play area. I felt safe letting the other two ( 3) and (6) run and play. All the staff were helpful and nice. You either bring socks or buy them at the check in desk not expensive at all. Everyone must have socks on to play. I look forward to returning here again. We've met up for several toddler play dates here and have always appreciated how much fun our 2 and 6 year old children have, the smaller toddler area for the younger siblings, how the parents are able to either participate on the equipment or watch the children from any spot.
