We were having trouble with our downstairs unit not working properly while I was out of town on business. Mark and his team are amazing. I felt like a headache to them, because they had to come out a few days in a row to work on it. But they would always come in, or down stairs to give us updates, and make sure that we were aware of what issues they were fixing. They stayed to get the job done, cleaned up after themselves and were very professional. The company then called back a few days later to make sure that everything was still working properly, and if they could do anything else for us. I would recommend this company to everyone! I called Everest Air on a Friday to schedule maintenance for their earliest available time. I did not inform them that it was an emergency, so they booked me for early Monday morning at 8 am. This arrangement suited my schedule perfectly. On Monday morning, I called to confirm the time, and they promptly informed me that someone was in the area and would arrive soon.My wife needed to take a quick sales call as she works from home, so she asked me to contact Everest again and inquire if they could come a little later to avoid interrupting her. (Our dogs become extremely agitated when someone is in the house and won't stop barking.) I called Everest back, and they immediately accommodated my request to schedule a later appointment. This level of service and understanding is amazing. They went above and beyond to make me feel at ease about changing the schedule at the last minute. Kudos to them.Jonathan called me shortly after to confirm and informed me that he would come a couple of hours after completing some other service calls.Dispatch called me back shortly thereafter and informed me that he would arrive within the next two hours. This timing was perfect. Jonathan called a few minutes before his scheduled arrival to let me know he was on his way.In a world where communication can often be lacking, this level of communication is exceptional. Jonathan arrived and was very polite and professional. He shook my hand and introduced himself. I briefly explained that warm air was coming out of the vents and that I had turned off the AC immediately on Friday to avoid putting extra stress on the compressor. He promptly began his work. I told him he could come and go as he pleased and to avoid knocking or ringing the bell due to my dogs' reaction. He acknowledged my request and asked where I would be so he could find me if he needed to speak with me. I thought this showed his excellent foresight, ensuring he wouldn't have to search for me throughout the house if I happened to be in a different room. Very smart.He spent about 20-25 minutes on my roof, and I could feel the cold air coming out of the vents almost immediately. After some time, he returned and informed me that the levels were great, but there was a loose connection on the compressor that needed to be tightened. It was an easy fix. This news was a relief as I knew there wasn't much else to be done since the unit had been recently serviced and was relatively new. He charged me an extremely fair price for the service call and general maintenance. I couldn't be happier with the level of service and communication I received. once again Brad and his crew came through for me! ac went out in my 87 year old moms house. she is on oxygen and has cold. ...... They managed to squeeze in some time to try and help and sent Technician Taylor to the rescue . unfortunately our old unit is shit, but he managed a temporary solution for now.... Mark with Everest Air is a true professional, he diagnosed and solved our air flow problems efficiently and saved us money on our electric bill. Our office buildings air flow was a mess. This company is unreliable. The tech came out about a month ago and helped me with my ac unit. They collected a trip charge fee. I started having trouble with the unit again and called 3 times to have them come back out. The receptionist kept telling me that the man in charge would be calling me right away. Everest Air recently installed a brand new AC unit for my house to replace a nearly 20 year old unit that was on its way out. Mark was very professional from the get go and was up front and honest about the process and price. We met on a Monday to go over everything and his guys were out that Thursday to install. Now that's quick! Installation was great, the guys knocked it out without a hiccup and made sure everything was installed correctly and working properly before leaving. The guys at Everest Air always go way above what's expected. Their response time is faster than I've ever experienced, epecially in AZ in the summer. They show up at the time they say they will. Every guy that has worked at my house has been very professional. They are knowledgeable, experienced and I appreciate the time they take to explain the work being done in a way that I can understand and when finished they clean up so that you can't even tell they were there. Mark backs up his work and they don't quit until you're satisfied and everything works as it should. My situation was unique and difficult and I could not be happier. After record temps in early June, our very old unit quit on a Sunday. We are new to town and didn't know who to call, but a friend recommended Sharp AC, who I called and they were booked - the owner recommended Mark and Everest Air. They were able to come out the next day (everyone else was quoting 2 days - 2 weeks before they could come) and they got the unit running right away. We knew our system was on its last leg, though, so we had them go ahead and quote a new unit for us. They gave us a few choices, we picked what worked for us, agreed on a price, and they came a few days later to install.Unfortunately, the new unit had a manufacturer defect that wasn't discovered until the crane was gone and the new system was already installed. They paid for us to stay in a hotel while they found the parts needed to fix, and didn't rest until it was running and made right. It was a hot and frustrating situation, but they made sure it was resolved to our satisfaction, and they made us glad we chose to work with them. I just had my own Christmas miracle thanks to Everest Air. My AC went out today, and I didn't notice until 5pm on a Friday. Mark was able to send Justin who was here before 6pm, and AC was cooling 😎 house off by 630! I did have to pay after hours service call and full install price on capacitors, but it was fair and well worth the expense.
