Alex showed up on time, despite me accidentally submitting the wrong address! Had our townhome cleaned which was a whole living room, 2 full flights of carpeted stairs, a hallway and 3 bedrooms, ALL carpeted and said he would have it done in 1. 5hours. True to his word, 1.5 hours later, all the carpet had been cleaned and looked exponentially better!!! Would highly recommend to anyone and plan on using him again in the future More...

I really thought I was going to have to replace my carpets, the stains were so bad, especially the high traffic areas due to the recent repaving of our asphalt parking areas. After a false start with another company, I found that Ever Steam was just what I needed. They removed stains that I never thought would come out! Alex was prompt, courteous and efficient, reflecting his 17 years of experience. The cost was very reasonable, too.
