Hire them!! Eventures planned and designed my entire wedding! They had amazing ideas, great communication, and were just fun to be around. Everything turned out exactly as I pictured it and more! My family has worked with Eventures Inc. for the last four years on planning weddings, rehearsals, and social and fundraising events. I have worked with Eventures on several events and what else can I say.... they are THE BEST. They have the sharpest staff when it comes down to things like ideas and putting ideas into action. I'm not sure they eat, sleep, or ever complain, so they are not human - which is good if you're trying to pull off the impossible (which typically if you need an event planner, that is the case). My organization is a publicly traded for-profit corporation, and the events we decide to do must be executed without flaw (weather permitting, of course! ). Their team of professionals work nonstop to transform the Oklahoma State Fairgrounds into a beautiful setting for the Grand National & World Championship Morgan Horse Show® each October. The team at Eventures is the very best! Positive Tomorrows, Oklahoma’s only elementary school and social services agency specifically serving homeless children, has been working with Eventures for more than 4 years now! They helped our team take our annual fundraiser from attracting 100 people to 600 people in just a few short years! Guests know to expect fabulous décor and an easy shopping experience because of the expert organizational knowledge of event logistics and layout. Eventures takes the guesswork out of event organization and always delivers a stellar product. Eventures is not only good at what they do, but their team of fabulous ladies makes the entire planning process just like a party! The team at Eventures is truly wonderful. We worked with Eventures to design, plan and coordinate our fall wedding. After a morning church wedding, we had an evening home reception that was certainly not short on logistics. Mary Ellen and her entire team executed the event flawlessly. From tents to staff, rentals and band management, we were in wonderful hands from start to finish. (We even had a bit of a cold snap the morning of the wedding, and heaters to keep all our guests comfortable magically appeared...I was later told there were literally none available in the entire state, so clearly Eventures was prepared and working their magic behind the scenes!)Throughout our engagement, the Eventures team was open to our creative ideas, guiding us through any questions that came up and patiently listening to our concerns. They were always energetic, bright, smart and organized. I looked forward to every meeting with them, because I knew it would be so much fun! They bring dreams to life.
