Events by Lissa has (Manager Title-4 Certification) and ($2M) Liquor Liability Insurance. We know the laws and the responsibility of Bartending in the State of Arizona. Events by Lissa (Bringing People, Places and Parties Together)

Events by Lissa is a great choice if you need or want help with your Event. We can help you set-up your event, pass drinks to your guests, serve food, monitor the buffet line, keeping the food hot and the drinks cold. Bus tables, clear and stack plates, clean and rebox rental items. Whatever you need help with we are there for you.

As your coordinator my service will include but is not limited to the following:
• Wedding day timeline creation for the entire day of the wedding.
• Work with vendors – so questions are diverted away from you and your family
• Ensure photo shoots / opportunities run seamlessly and on time.
• Direct and line up the bridal party for the ceremony.
• Facilitate and assist with the rehearsal.
• Cue DJ, musicians, and entertainment.
• Coordinate the change-over (or cocktail hour),
Wedding to reception.
• Review the BEO with Caterer / Banquet Coordinator
• Set up center pieces and additional decorations.
• Confirm that all vendors are present and on time.
• Hand out final payments/gratuities.
• Collect all important wedding materials and memories
and get them back to you.
• MOST IMPORTANTLY – To give you peace of mind
and to ensure your vision and expectations are fulfilled

As your Wedding Planner, I will make sure nothing important to you is overlooked or forgotten. listed below are some of the more important activities I perform.
Conduct an initial consultation with the client to discuss the wedding packages that are available, the type of wedding desired, and the clients wedding budget.
Discuss wedding details, including the venue options as well as entertainment, catering, and decoration preferences.
Meet with the client and tour suitable wedding venues and meet with vendors, such as florists, photographers, caterers, bakers, and invitation designers.
Negotiate contracts with the selected vendors and make payments as required.
Ensure that wedding and rehearsal dinner invitations, as well as wedding programs and place cards, are printed on time.
Arrange for necessary wedding supplies and equipment to be delivered to the wedding venue in a timely manner.
Ensuring that clients' wedding gifts and personal property are packed away and secured in an assigned vehicle or storage room.
Monitoring all wedding-day activities to ensure that everything runs
smoothly.
