On behalf of Siemens Corporate Communications, I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Marcus Winn and your entire catering staff for their part in the success of our recent SGT A45 Celebration.  The sales and catering team did a great job coordinating all the food and beverage details of our event which was hosted by the Afghanistan Ambassador, H.E. Raya Rahmani.  We had an excellent experience from the sales process to the successful execution of serving our live audience.  Marcus took ownership of our event and did an excellent job of managing the on-site staff.  I know it was a last minute event and I appreciate your speed and agility with pulling this off.I feel I have not only gained trusted partners, but great friends as well.Thank you for sharing your talent and for all you did to make our event such a success. We hosted a Happy Hour Wedding Shower last weekeend and had it catered by Events a la Carte. Stephen was more than happy to work within our budget to provide a wonderful assortment of food and drink, though truth be told, we ended up expanding our budget only because we couldn't make up our minds about some of the offerings. The party was a smashing success. The presentation of the whole poached salmon was unbelieveable! Photos cannot do it justice. Everything tasted fantastic - especially the sandwiches and grilled veggies. I have to say I am picky about wines, but Stephen chose very well for us. Donnell (our server) and Darl (our bartender) were absolutely great. We especially appreciated Donnell's attention paid to the appearance of the buffet, making sure to keep rearranging so it never looked picked over. In the days after the party, I've receved several phone calls and texts from guests who truly enjoyed themselves, raving about both the food and the serveice. We've used this company a couple of times and had no issues. We had a large party last weekend and the bartender (April) and server (Octavius) couldn't have been nicer and more competent. They even ran out and grabbed more ice! Great job all around. More...
