What’s your signature dish?
Each event is different and we take pride in all that we do! I can't say for sure what our signature dish is but I can say with certainty that customers do love their Italian food!
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Getting to know your client is essential to so many processes, especially when it comes down to food! Making suggestions helps get a better understanding as well
What do you love most about your job?
The creativity. Allowing my imagination to run wild and bring it to life. Most of all, watching a happy client in their own event is unbeatable.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started to invest and believe in myself while being able to invest and care for others as well.

Our services range from equipment renting such as tables, chairs, linens and more to full service (Bartenders, Servers, DJs, clean-up crew and set up crews). We have catering options as well! We will help you set up your dream menu and deliver that dream, right to your door step.
