Hi my name is Jamie!

Being a mentor to others comes very naturally to me. I have always been the friend who is the "mediator" of the group and was always the one my friends and family came to first for advice when they needed it. I am intuitive and able to deeply understand the feelings and needs of others.

I have helped many clients achieve many of the following areas and beyond:

life transitions, codependency, coping skills, spirituality, self-esteem, self-love, and care, implementing healthy boundaries for the self, purpose in your career and the world, alignment with the higher self, removing mental and emotional blockages, clarity and peace, grounding in unconditional love, relationships, confidence, communication skills, stress management, decision-making skills, managing burnout, building healthy habits, and navigating change, uncertainty, and the unknown.

I was a teacher for 5 years, which lead me to develop many skills that lead me to become a life coach. As a teacher, I worked with students on developing social and emotional skills. I am very in tune with the feelings and needs of people around me and am highly skilled in helping people develop skills and navigate obstacles to become their best selves.

I am here because I am a real person who has been through ALL of these things myself. I spent years focusing on improving my mental health and connecting with myself, learning and building the skills I needed to actualize my own truest potential. I want to share all of these skills I have developed with you to help you do the same.

I will help you build an everlasting toolbox that helps you navigate through life easily and feel good while doing it. I will help you feel radiant and confident all while healing your past and learning the life skills necessary to overcome any challenge thrown your way.

After some years of going to therapy myself, I realized that I was never able to convert what was talked about in a session into my own life in a meaningful way. This is what made me decide to team up with my business partner, Kristin, to create Evello Coaching where we help people identify and remove patterns, behaviors, and actions that are holding them back from actualizing their truest potential.
