I have been going here for hair removal the past six months and I have to say this place is amazing. The laser technicians are very sweet and make you feel very comfortable. They treat you like a valued customer always making sure you feel comfortable and asking you how you feel and making sure the treatment is right for you. I have loved my experience at Evanesque so far! I purchased the two for one special for laser hair removal (6 sessions and I just completed my fourth). The results have been amazing so far. The technician is super friendly and good at her job. My first session I did the numbing there (not required but I like it for some areas) and after that they let me get a small jar of the cream to take home and do before my appointments to save time! I'm always in and out and the process is very easy. I originally chose Evanesque because the type of laser machine they used aligned with all of the research and personal reviews I received from friends who used the same type of machine- and it has not disappointed! The location is perfect for anyone in the park cities/knox henderson/uptown/downtown area and the parking is never an issue. I’ve gone to Kathleen twice for laser hair removal and she’s fantastic. The owner was really flexible with my payment plan and they use a really high quality laser. I go to Evanesque for laser hair reduction treatments, so that is the only thing I can review (for now). Kathleen has been my laser tech for all 6 of my treatments. She is studying to be an RN, which gives her a higher sense of patient/client care in my opinion. She and Jeff (who I believe owns or manages the salon) both have their laser licenses/certificates displayed in the room where you get your treatments done which I like a lot. I'm a healthcare professional and we also have to display our licenses, so it makes me think that they really had to go through a bit of training to provide the laser service. Kathleen is amazing, she is always really upbeat and in a good mood when I go. She talks to you through your whole treatment which is a great distraction because it can be uncomfortable in certain parts. If I'm too uncomfortable, she always offers to turn the machine down a bit. It's honestly not bad though. She also always gives you some aloe vera gel after which takes care of the heat. I saw some other reviews talking about how a previous tech was unclear about appointment times and spacing between treatments. Since starting my treatments, it was made very clear to me that I needed to return as close to 5 weeks as possible, and I always get a call the day before reminding me of my appointment time. I went in for a Hydrafacial today and loved it! The esthetician, Sheri, was fabulous. She went over the facial beforehand and made me feel so comfortable. It was my first time getting a Hydrafacial. It's tough to rate the business because I really only come here to see my hair stylist, Melia, who rents space. I can say that it always smells good and is very inviting. Been getting my laser hair removal done here since I moved away from CA. Doing my beard area and have been getting great results so far. Sherri is the one who does my face and she's so sweet and very honest and forthcoming about her opinions on how the laser will work for you. Pricing is not too bad, but not cheap by any means. This is a great place to get your laser hair removal done (I've not tried the other services but I venture it's the same for those).  I jumped in on a Groupon but have been back because they are really good to work with.  The staff are friendly giving excellent information, answering questions and remembering you the next time you come in.  It's a lovely clean and spa styled environment, not overly fussy nor too "medical office".  My appointments were on time and stuck to the schedule.  Sherry's been doing this long enough she knows exactly how long treatments will take, an added bonus for busy days when my time seems in short supply.  I definitely recommend. Four years later and the spa has only gotten better. I have developed personal relationship with many of the staff. I LOVE the owners. They always strive to accommodate my scheduling needs and greet me as a long lost friend every time I walk in the door. It is still my go to place for botox and I LOVE the new hydrofacial. I just finished a series of 6 laser hair removal sessions with Sheri. She is very knowledgable and I was comfortable with her. I will return to her for follow-up sessions as needed. The office is also nice and relaxing. My hair responded very well to treatment, so 6 sessions was just the right amount. I purchased them as a Groupon package, so I feel like I got a really good deal. I bought numbing cream from them on the first visit. I can't remember how much it was, but it was way less than I expected to pay and it was worth every penny. You buy it the first session and they give you enough for all 6 sessions. My partner came here and I tagged along while he got his forehead filled with botox.I felt very out of place here, but it seemed to be a soothing place.  Some what like Cheers, they all remembered his name.  The staff was friendly and kept asking if I needed a drink or anything.He will be back for sure.  They found out that the first batch of botox didn't take the way it should and so they filled him in for free.  It was to show the a sign of good faith for the future returning customer. I've had four treatments here so far and everything has been great!  I bought a Living Social deal and was a little nervous about using a coupon for laser, but my experience has been great and the staff treated me as though I was a non-Living Social client :)  Cheri (sp? ) is great and super friendly.  She even remembers little things about me and what we had talked about the last time we saw each other.  I am getting great results and would recommend this place to a friend.  They do mention on their forms that tip is not included in the Living Social deals (so I am guessing tips are appreciated at this med spa). Of the two different laser hair removal spas I've visited, I enjoy Evanesque more. It's very clean and nicely decorated inside, and the best part of the experience is the girl who does the actual laser treatments. I feel bad for not getting her name, but she is also responsible for checking you in at the front desk and scheduling your appointments.I bought a Groupon/Living Social (I can't remember which one) to get my underarms lasered, and I'm very happy with it so far. I've had two out of the six treatments done so far, and I'm amazed at how fast the results have occurred. I don't even need to shave anymore!! Sheri, who does Laser Hair removal is very professional, calming and very kind.  After my fabulous experience with the LHR service. .. I then decided to get a peel.  I got the Perfect Peel treatment and it was GREAT.  My skin looks so smooth and feels great.  I swear my wrinkles aren't as deep!  Sheri called to check on me and to see if I had any questions during the process.  So nice!  All of the staff is very professional and kind.  The prices are reasonable too!  I am going in for Botox b/c they are having a special right now.  Great place!  Highly recommend it!  Finally... a place that believes in good customer service! I had been searching for a reputable LHR facility, when I came across Evanesque and all of their awesome reviews online. I was getting ready to contact them and decided to sleep on it, and you can imagine my surprise when I woke up the very next morning to see a LivingSocial deal for them in my inbox! Bought it immediately! Sheri (the RN performing the procedure) is very professional, extremely nice and made me feel very comfortable. I had my first treatment in late March and I have only had to shave a few times since then. I was shocked at how amazing the results were, after just one treatment! Over the past years I have visited numerous Spa's, but hands down Evanesque is the most superior, offering the most comprehensive in services and quality.
