There are not enough available stars to truly convey the quality of service you will receive here. Every single person that is employed here has a positive attitude and goes out of there way to make you feel informed, relaxed, and well cared for. Jeanette is a saint and a real asset to this practice. She answered so many questions for me through my process, never once making me feel I was a bother or inconveniencing her in any way. She often even responded on the weekend! Now, Dr. Bancroft is in a class all his own. Not only does he have the most warm and calming personality but he has a bed side manner that is almost unheard of these days, especially in regards to a surgeon. I believe he truly cares and is 100% invested in your expectations, comfort, happiness, and outcome. I almost felt at times he was more excited than me, if that was possible. He has taken the time to think of every single thing that can be done to make you procedure and after care as perfect as possible. He has been available ANY time I have had questions or concerns from day one and continues to be so almost a month later. Any physician that takes the time to make a house call the day after your procedure to save you discomfort and to also ensure you are positioned how you need to be, is some one that has no limits to the care and compassion they provide. I can with great certainty say that there is not one single thing I wish had been done, or been done differently. He not only met but beyond exceeded my every expectation. From the moment we walked in the office and was welcomed by the front office girls, our entire experience was nothing short of AMAZING! Dr. Feldman was so informative and took his time making sure we understood everything being thrown at us.... because it was a LOT of information. My husband and I knew that we didn’t need to look any further, we were so confident with Dr. Feldman and his staff that surgery was booked and paid for 2 days later! Dr Feldman and his staff were absolutely amazing! I read reviews, websites and had several consults before choosing Feldman. The way his staff treated me when I went in for the consult and how Dr Feldman took his time to listen and explained implants and options was the best experience I had! He pointed out things other doctors didn't notice about my breasts. The information on his website of pre op and post op was very informational. I had my surgery in Nov and was so nervous! I highly recommend Bancroft Feldman Plastic Surgery, hands down!!! I LOVE ❤️ Dr. Bancroft, Jeannette (his office manager), and his staff! I absolutely could not have asked for a better anything - from start to finish (and only 1 wpo) I am super pleased with my tummy tuck and lipo. I can see curves that I forgot I had. Dr Bancroft and I just clicked from the first time meeting. I can honestly say he has the pain remedy down to a T. I was in NO pain EVER. I was definitely sore, but never any pain. My husband thought he was pretty cool also so that made me even more comfortable. I had the best experience with Dr Bancroft. From the moment I had my consultation I knew that he was the right surgeon for me. I had a mommy makeover on 6/15/18 and it has been life changing. I have never felt comfortable in clothes much less a bathing suit but was about to sit at the pool in a two piece swim suit and not feel the least bit uncomfortable. I'm beyond confused about the few negative ratings, and am extremely curious as to if they were given from an actual experience standpoint, or pure internet bullying? ! I was terrified of the thought of actually going through with surgery. As soon as I met Dr. Feldman and was done with my consultation, all of my fears were put to bed. One of the best experiences of my life. What started as a dream, became a pleasure informative safe reality. My breast have always been naturally beautiful to others, but for me I would see the difference in weight gain and loss. They stood out more and looked better when my estrogen level was high. From beginning to end my experience was incredible! I was greeted by friendly and professional staff, The day of my surgery I was a little nervous, but the lovely nurses reassured me that I was going to be OK and that they were going to take the best care of me. After the anesthesia was put in I didn’t feel a thing . Before I knew it I was back in the recovery room and then walking back into my home in Beaumont. When I finally woke up and became conscious I felt no pain whatsoever. I made the best choice by choosing them, and trusting them with my body. After many months of research and searching for the right surgeon to perform my breast augmentation surgery, I decided to go with Dr. Feldman. The process from start to finish was very easy. Staff was great. Dr. Feldman is awesome. I have been getting a lot of compliments on his work. After day 2, I didn't even feel any pain. I just had my breast augmentation surgery last thursday it went so smooth no complications!!! The anesthesiologist is awesome and the RN she is so sweet and make me less nervous! ! I had an awesome experience with my surgery! The staff (especially Miss Jeanette) are amazing and knowledgeable. My results were so much better than I imagined. Dr. Feldman did a spectacular job. It's been about 2 years since my surgery and I wanted to share my experience with Dr Feldman and his staff. Back in 2015 I went for my consultation with Dr Feldman. When I got to the office in Sugar land the consultation took I would say about a hour from what I remember. We went over what would be the best options for me and pricing. The doctor made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. He was also very informative in what would be best for me. After seeing several other doctors before him and from the moment I met Dr. Feldman I knew I wanted him to perform my breast augmentation. They also do the surgery at their facility which made me feel more comfortable than a hospital setting. After the surgery I went home and the recovery was a breeze with no complications. I got follow up calls and went in a week later for my post op appt. I haven't seen the dr since then but every time I have a concern in the past 2 years they are always more then helpful with any questions I have. I know when its time for new implants I will be coming back to Dr Feldman and I hope he is still working with the same team when that time comes. I am just more than happy till this day with the results. Highly recommend Dr. Feldman. Also keep in mind he specializes in breasts which made me feel 100 times more confident in him. Dr Feldman spent a whole hour with me at consultation. He measured my breast, let me try on different size implants, and answered all of my concerns. He was honest with me and did not go around the bush. Which is what makes him the best at what he does. He honestly gave me the best advice and thanks to that is why I am so happy with my results. We also had a 2nd appointment before surgery. Surgery was great. I just remember waking up and surgery was over. Jeannette and Kolbi are great. They will answer absolutely any question or concern that you may have and they do it with a smile in their face. Even after surgery they are still there to support you. I was referred by a co worker during my search for a plastic surgeon and this was my first and only consultation. Dr. Feldman and his patient coordinator, Jeannette were informative and answered all of my many questions. I am very pleased with my breast augmentation. Dr. Feldman is such a professional and also very humorous doctor who made me feel so comfortable and fun throughout the whole process.
