What do you love most about your job?
I love watching my clients use new skills to reach their goals both professionally and personally. There is nothing more fulfilling for me than seeing someone succeed.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to help people break through the blocks that were preventing them from getting what they really wanted. Sometimes people don't know what they want at all. Sometimes they do but aren't sure how to get there. Sometimes they know how but there is a force holding them back. I wanted all of my people to know that NEVER have to do it alone.
Why should our clients choose you?
Beyond the years of training, I offer an level of expertise in supporting those wanting to transform certain areas of their business and life that is outside of the box. I have experienced failure and revival many times and bring that level of support to all that I do with my clients.
The coaching support access my clients receive is tailored to their individual needs based on in the moment issues. With open-minded, creative problem-solving, there is very little we do not address.

We provide services remotely through video platform. We are flexible based on client needs.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We provide services remotely through video platform. Any in person events will be following local and federal COVID protocols.
Individual Leadership Performance Coaching
Weekly coaching session with modules on topics such as effortless influence, clear communication and productivity.
Additional coaching beyond weekly as needed.
Team Coaching
As a team, coaching will be held in groups with management topics addressed that improve communication, sales and relationship building.
Monthly individual sessions also included for each team member.
Energy Leadership Index Assessment™
Eighty-four questions that reveal how you operate on a normal day, how you operate under stress and 14 leadership areas and how satisfied you are in them.
This assessment gives clarity in leadership style, performance level and direction.
