Just got off the phone with a rep for the company. Â Not sure why but he was very aggressive and rude. Â Just talked to my wife. Â When Eudy was out in 2008 the rep was also very rude. Â He asked to use are restroom and left behind a smelly present. More...

Jazz was the technician and did a fantastic job on replacing the spring on the garage door. He was polite and worked quickly. It was nice to watch him do his job so efficiently and he shared some conversation with us. WE give 5 stars because he came out the day after thanksgiving and the price was reasonable.
