What kind of accounting services do you provide?
We provide sales input, paying bills, paying and filing sales tax returns, and year end 1099's. We will balance bank and credit card statements to ensure all transactions are recording correctly.
Why is it so important for businesses to hire a great accountant?
It is easier to stay up to date on the numbers than to try and get numbers together at the end of the year for taxes. If you are trying to get a loan, you will also need up to date financials to provide to the lender.
What do you love most about your job?
We love helping people stay current on financials. Clients tend to start their own books with no experience on how to work software or they don' t have basic accounting knowledge. We love figuring out puzzles and helping companies move forward with better systems in place.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We were tired of working long hours for someone else and enjoy the freedom of having a business allows.

We are detailed orientated company. We have over 30 years of experience in all aspects of accounting. We work well within deadlines.

We provide both. We are located in St Louis, MO, are we are able to travel within 50 miles of our location.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We follow our clients request, when we meet in person. Most meetings can be done over zoom.
Bookkeeping
We record monthly sales and expenses to ensure accounts are accurate. We reconcile all bank and credit card statements at the end of the month, to ensure all expenses are recorded. We can also help with sales tax returns and other miscellaneous requirements. At year end, we can assist with 1099's as well.
Payroll
We can help you with your payroll needs. Basic needs to complex time tracking, we can help you keep your employees happy. We can do weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Prices include basic payroll returns, along with processing payroll.
