Essential Cleaning Solutions

The deep cleaning service I purchased was not up to my expectations. I would say my house was only 60% cleaner after they were done. They did not use my own mop and broom as requested even though I told Nina my concerns about using their's that had been used in other homes. I had to leave for work shortly after they arrived and was disappointed when I got home to see dust bunnies everywhere, soap scum still in my bathrooms, incomplete dusting/wiping, and the provided new mop and broom unused still in their packaging.   Nina showed up at my door without a mask even though the company advertised that employees wear masks. I was wearing a mask but she said "do I need to wear a mask?" in a tone that clearly did not invite me to request her to. But I let her in after she told me her and her helper were vaccinated because I really wanted to get my house cleaned that day and was trusting the great reviews about the company that I had read on yelp, and I had already submitted a deposit I didn't want to lose. It just seemed unprofessional to me that any home service company employee would show up at somebody's door and expect to be let in without wearing a mask with COVID still an issue. More...

Aren and Nina did such a good job cleaning our new place. They took their time to make sure everything was spotless, from the insides of the drawers to the ceiling fans and light fixtures. We thought we were going to have to replace the carpets, but after a shampoo they look brand new. Communication was great and payment was easy. Would recommend to anyone! More...
