Essential Chefs just did my in laws Celebration of Life. It was perfect. Chef John and his assistant Chef Gina were great! They set up 12 feet of buffet foods that were presented beautifully and tasted amazing. People raved about the food. Wish i could post photos, but I'll figure it out. More...

Have used John and Dan before with great results. They did a reunion party for us with about 80 guests. Fillet and chicken outside in the backyard with wonderful sides, salads, and deserts. Highly recommend !!!
