Just ordered from here for the first time. Ordered two bacon egg and cheese breakfast burritos. The burritos LITERALLY showed up with just egg on it. Worst thing I've ever eaten. They either completely missed it or dishonestly didn't tell me they were out of items for the order. Don't ever go to this place. More...

You HAVE to come check out this fun little spot! Make sure you get the breakfast burrito with avocado. Fantastic. Coffee was excellent and smoothie was tasty. The main thing that I loved about Espresso Yourself is the vibe and energy when you're in there. Easy going people in good moods. We will definitely be back!! More...

My family and I love this coffee shop. It is our favorite place to go on the weekend and get some coffee for the adults and a smiley cookie for the kiddo.

Neighborhood coffee shop with an eclectic artsy vibe. I found the prices to be high especially for flavored lattes. Regular coffee was more in my budget and it was still good. I love that they feature local artists in their space. Check the hours carefully! They are not open every day. Super comfy, lots of different seating options! More...

Darling and artsy neighborhood coffee shop in the trendy South Hampton neighborhood along Macklind, but worth the drive over even if you aren't a local! The staff is so friendly and I enjoyed hearing them greet customers by name. There are a variety of comfortable seating spaces and tables inside and out. They have all the coffee classics you would want plus innovative specials. I ordered the "warm and fuzzy" which was a Chai pumpkin latte. It was flavorful and not too sweet or overpowering that it masked the coffee flavor. To eat I had the tomato bagel melt. It was more of a snack size so perfect if your hungry but don't want to be stuffed.I had been here a while ago when they were newer and left feeling indifferent...not sure why. I'm so glad I came back! Bonus points for the Beatles Playlist they had on. More...

I ordered it from Espresso Yourself Coffee and café for the first time via Uber eats. Meh. The coffee was all right. I wouldn't go out of my way to grab a cup of their coffee. The breakfast burrito had some funky looking gray meat which I'm assuming they're claiming to be there bacon. If it wasn't for the decent coffee I probably would have given them one star. I have also not tried anything else on their menu yet so maybe I can come back and edit my review if they redeem themselves with me. More...

I absolutely love the vibe of this coffee shop! The variety of drinks they offer definitely made my coffee choice a tough decision but I was very happy with my choice of the Ari's Light(white chocolate, honey, lavender). I went on a Saturday and they had an amazing live duo band playing on the patio. I wish I could have stayed all day!! Now the food leaves something to be desired but this is a coffee shop so you never know what you are going to get. My scone was okay. I also got a sandwich at the connected Sisters Sandwich shop which left a lot to be desired, especially with the price. The bread was bland, took over the sandwich so you couldn't taste the meat and seemed like it may have been old. The flavoring of my chicken salad was good but I ended up taking it home and putting it in a tortilla so I could enjoy the flavor. Â So overall, go here for a fun yet relaxing atmosphere or drink on a neighborhood patio. More...

I originally ate here a couple weeks ago. Decided not to "yelp" it until I went to the "sister" location next door. They are both run by the same women and they even have an open door between the two locations. It's just that the other serves lunch. Yesterday I took a couple people to try it. Â One was my friend that went with me a couple weeks ago and the other was a newbie. We had every intention in going into the sandwich shop. Honestly we did. But the newbie wanted an espresso and after looking at the menu I couldn't shake my thoughts of the breakfast burrito that I got last week. So we apologized to the staff waiting to take our order and went through the opening to the other side. Â My friend who went with me last week got the same thing from the week prior...burrito and iced tea - she said it's the best tea in the city. The newbie followed her lead and got the burrito and a double espresso. He loved both. Â I really wanted to try something different. I wanted this review to talk about something other than a breakfast burrito but I couldn't do it. Â I did however get an iced Chai tea latte with a shot of espresso. A little backstory before I tell you how I really feel about this burrito and my beverage. There was this place on Hampton that I went to weekly for breakfast. He had the best breakfast burrito and homemade salsa in Saint Louis. Â It was the perfect heat (even for me...I'm a wuss) and he served it with potatoes and it was a delightfully filling meal. Sadly, he isn't open anymore but I'll continue to rate any breakfast burrito against his. All that being said this breakfast burrito is chock full of egg with the perfect amount of bacon. I'm guessing the bacon is chopped because there aren't any tough bites where you have to rip a piece of bacon in half. You know what I'm saying? The salsa isn't made in house but I was told it's made somewhere in town. So not some Old El Paso stuff. Â It again looked like it wasn't enough food but it honestly was the right amount. As for my beverage... this is why it's a 4 for me (it would probably be a 5 for my pals but hey, I'm writing this) - last week I had the black tea and while I always put sweetener in it I had to put more cuz it was a little too bitter for me. Â Not bitter as in old but bitter bitter. Â (That should clear it up. Â Haha) Yesterday's Chai tea latte with the shot of espresso was also bitter. I know what you are thinking but when I get this at other locations it's not bitter. The good thing about it is that I didn't slurp it all down real fast like I usually do I really took my time with it. Â So it lasted through my breakfast. Which was nice because even though it was really warm out there was a great breeze on the outside patio. I'll let you know if I ever get to the sandwich shop. Not sure if that's gonna happen any time soon since I'm already thinking about that breakfast burrito. More...

Favorite cafe in St. Louis! It's a great place to study or grab a drink with friends. My only wish is that they would be open more days of the week as well as for later in the day on days that they are open. Other than that, I love it here.

Amazing place, with an amazing atmosphere, and amazing people behind the counter! We have two under two (kids) and we frequent here often (or Sisters Sandwich Shoppe). The ambiance is so nice, the employees are so nice. Even if we are there for five minutes, it is such a delight to see the happy and kind faces working there. The food and the coffee are all delicious and worth stopping by. I would definitely recommend BOTH places! 10/10! More...

Okay, so no photos because I only ever get coffee there, but I do see regularly. If you look up most lists of coffee shops in St Louis (which I have), you will not see this. And I have no clue why. I mean one, it is an awesome name. And two, if I tried to make up an image of a neighborhood coffee shop in my head, this is what I'd come up with. The vibe here, again, is friendly. There is seating inside and outside, and you'll often see someone who must've stopped by while walking their dog or going for a daily walk just chilling with a drink at an outside table.Based upon their great array of specialty lattes, I would say that their focus is more on the casual, not particularly pretentious coffee drinkers. Which to me is fine, since St Louis has plenty of the more pretentious coffee shops. The only knock on this place is that because it is in a neighborhood, parking is limited and on the street. Usually if I stop by early, it's not an issue. But it is something to keep in mind.Overall, I definitely recommend this place. You might find somewhere with better coffee or better food, but it's just a pleasant place to hang out in. Definitely a hidden gem. More...

I stumbled upon Espresso Yourself when I was looking through my Experience Booklet. I used to live in that neighborhood and I'm disappointed I never knew! Service was friendly as soon as you walk in the door. They have a lot of fun flavor options for lattes and I really liked the Skippidity Do Da. It was really surprising! Peanut butter and coffee? It's delicious but the lattes are definitely on the little too sweet side. I love that they offer oat milk and also coffee cubes! I will definitely be back to try some more fun creations. More...

Wonderful atmosphere with even better coffee. The design of the space is super funky and fun. It is a great place to escape for a bit and have a coffee, chat with a friend, or even just to get out of the house. It's also is connected to sisters sandwich shop which my husband and I popped right over to to grab a bite. The sandwiches were delicious and the services as both places was great! I found out later that the two shops are owned and operated by sisters. The two shops are situation in a great location that is walking distance from our house and is right off of macklind. Highly recommend. More...

Service was friendly, space is adorable, and the Espresso Patronum is phenomenal. Â Love that I can get coffee cubes instead of regular ice (why does everyone not offer that? ) for my iced coffee.
