Scott Weight is EXCELLENT!!! If you are looking for a lawyer that is honest and can get the job done I HIGHLY recommend Scott Weight! I can't say enough about his competence at my Divorce trial. While it is never fun to be in a position in life that orders you to hire a lawyer, I can say with certainty that there is not a better law office in Utah valley then Esplin Weight. I had the pleasure of hiring and working with Stephen R. Frazier. It is rare to find a Lawyer who returns your email's and phone call's in a timely manner. With Stephen Frazier that was not the case, He would get back to me faster then most Lawyers I know and he has a wonderful assistant named Ashlee who was always very nice to talk to. He always showed that he cared about my case and gave me wonderful insight on my options and how my case was going. Scott Weight has been absolutely amazing to work with. He is very knowledgeable and an extremely hard worker. He always responds to emails and voice mails the same day I contact him and takes calls if he is in the office (things you would expect from a professional but don't always get). He has helped me through a difficult modification of a divorce decree. He has always been professional and his fees are incredibly reasonable. You won't find better value for your money anywhere. I cannot say enough good about Scott or the legal services he provides. I highly recommend Scott Weight.UPDATE: I had court last week with Scott. He was extremely prepared for the hearing. He knew the facts of the case better than I did. I was already extremely pleased with his services, but am even more impressed with his abilities as an attorney after being in court with him.
