Was so excited to stumble upon a place with such sweet and kind people inside! Marcus & Kendra, the fabulous owners were very approachable and easy to talk to! They had a lot of good advice and it was cool just to see how they came to be. It is also awesome to see a business support the military. They offer military and student discounts, AND give you a discount if you book another room the same day. The rooms are set up perfectly and the gamemasters definitely have a handle on how to give you the best clues to guide you through the game. My husband, little sister, her three crazy friends and I ALL had a BLAST working through the two rooms. I love that each room has its own story and theme which makes for a really fun and interesting puzzle. Thank you so much to Marcus, Kendra, and your wonderful staff! We will certainly be back when we come back from Kansas, and may even see you on another cruise ship sometime. I live locally but have used other Escape Room companies. This place is still my favorite. Have gone on several occasions and have enjoyed the changing roster of rooms and the friendly staff. I try to keep up to date on all the room changes to see what new challenges to face. From the moment you walk in the staff great you warmly and make the whole process fun and easy. We had so much fun! We appreciated that even though we were a smaller group (3 people) we got to be by ourselves! We also were pleasantly surprised they had student discount! If you prefer your entertainment to be more sophisticated, cerebral, and relational than staring at a two-dimensional screen for ninety minutes while you eat junk food - Escapology is your ticket. Escapology's Antidote storyline was the first escape room experience for my wife and I. We're on the other side of 60 and had no idea what to expect. Much to our delight, we found it engaging, quite challenging, and an hour of sheer fun. We spent the first 20-minutes trying to get the hang of the game. In the end, we blew up the whole facility and ourselves with it. The upside is, we saved the world from the evil scientist's foul plan.The facility itself was clean, organized, and atmospherically decorated. Best of all, our GameMaster, Jordan, was friendly, enthusiastic, encouraging, and knew how to hint without giving anything away.Escapology's price is in line with its competitors and really no more than the price of a movie ticket and junk food.So, unless you really like having your feet stuck to the floor while trying to see around the cowboy hat in front of you, stop reading this and schedule an Escapology game experience right now! Marcus & Kendra, the owners are amazing. Polite, accommodating and very easy to work with. The facility is well kept and beautifully decorated. They offer a nice party room with all the essentials you could need (microwave, fridge & sink) as well as a beautiful, large patio area. We hosted a group of 45 students from 6 to 16. The owners coordinated and executed our event effortlessly. They are also a huge part of the Lakeland Community in so many ways and it means alot to give back to a business who cares so much about the town they operate in! This place was wonderful. Walked in while walking down downtown Lakeland. They take walk ins and really make your experience wonderful. I did not meet the grandmaster but the owner is absolutely wonderful he gives you water and a picture after all for free. My experience there was great! The atmosphere from the moment you walk through the door and meet the friendly staff really starts your experience off well. I have done two rooms with Escapology, and will definitely come back for more! The rooms are well-designed, and everything has a purpose. When my wife first told me about escape rooms, I was expecting to find "red herrings" throughout the room, but not here! If it's there, it means something to you! The experience is a lot of fun, and the game-masters are excellent at what they do. It must be an art to be able to give tips that are just enough to help without spoiling the puzzle. Played the "Orient Express" train type murder mystery at this location. They were accommodating when one of our players had to cancel because of a personal matter.
