Great communication! Sent reminders starting 10 days prior to the pick-up. Got another reminder 72 and 24 hours before pick-up. Got a text the driver was on his way and he arrived 10 minutes early. Elisha was wonderful. He helped take the luggage from the house and loaded the car. We had a smooth ride to the airport (MIA). He dropped us off right by the door and waited with my wife until a skycap came with a wheelchair. The luxury sedan we ordered was a new Cadillac which was spotless inside and out. Requested quotes on Yelp for a sprinter for 14 people and Black Pearl had the best pricing! Excellent response time and communication. My only issue was when their office called me to set up the reservation. The young lady on the phone was difficult to understand and misspelled names and addresses on my reservation which could ultimately cause a problem. I had to call her back several times for corrections and even had to ask her to please take me off of speaker because of the noise. The best car service !! Elisha is an excellent driver all around!i just came home this evening with my disabled sister . We were thoroughly exhausted from a long business trip .Elisha was there to greet us and from that moment , he took care of our 4 suitcases, 2 carry ons & folding walker. lElisha is the nicest, kindest most thoughtful driver ever!!Such a lovely fine gentleman . We used Black Pearl Limousine for our daughter Bat Mitzvah. Their service was awesome from start to finish. So easy to communicate with the office and to book the car we wanted at the time we wanted. I was very disappointed with Black Pearl Limo for my sons wedding. They did a fantastic job getting the bridal party and guests to the wedding; however at 12:30 am there were 30 people stranded with no ride back to their hotels. We hired a party bus from 5:30 pm - 1:30 am in order for our guests to be taken to and from the wedding to their hotels. The party bus decided to leave before the end of the wedding and stranded approximately 30 people. The excuse the driver gave was he went inside to the venue and spoke with a guest of the wedding and the guest relieved him of his duties. The driver had my cell phone number and a simple call to me would of been the correct thing to do. Very disappointing, the company did give us back $325 to try and rectify what happened; however a perfect wedding ended in disaster for many guests who had to take Uber back to their hotels. More...

I booked a limo for my daughter's 21st birthday. Darah was very nice on the phone and offered a 14 person sprinter limo. I told her it was for a 21st birthday and she assured me she have a vehicle that fit the bill . She said it was perfect for the event. When i researched the type of Limo the pictures online were great and I booked it. On the day of the event, the limo showed up and i got a message from my daughter that the limo was not what we were thinking. What showed up was a van with row seating. Not surround seating like a limo. We were so disappointed. The type of car they sent was not for a party event, it was something like you would get to take you to the airport. I can't believe i paid close to $1,000 for a van. I was so disappointed and sad for my daughter. I feel like we were tricked. That type of vehicle is not at all for a party or celebration.
