Rhonnie and her crew take regular care of my dog, walking her twice a day, and occasionally dogsitting her and my cat when I travel. This service is extremely important to me, since my dog has a medical condition that can trigger a life-threatening crisis quickly. Aside from just needing to let her out regularly, I need someone to check on her throughout the day to make sure everything is OK. I commute a fair distance, so the regularity, quality, and reliability of this care for my dog is extremely important for me.For the last several months, Errand Service Biz has done an outstanding job providing this critical service for me. They are reliable beyond question. One of her employees is always here, like clockwork, when they're scheduled to walk the dog and give her some TLC. They give me updates, including excellent pictures, many of which are some of the best pictures I have of the pets. There's enormous stability in who walks her, so I don't have to worry that there's someone who doesn't know my dog and her issues (including the warning signs of an episode).I can't recommend Errand Service Biz enough. Rhonnie McClauley provides a five star pet sitting service. She has been taking care of our cat for years. Since he is a scaredy-cat, he hides from most people. Rhonnie took the time to bring him out of his shell and he comes to her every visit for love and pets and that means the world to us. Everyday, she sends texts, pictures and/or videos to let you know how your pet is doing and what they are up to. She even figured out on her own that he likes to drink water from the tub faucet! I feel she goes the extra mile and truly loves your pet as if it is her own. While you are gone, if you need anything at all done at your house, she is on it and keeps a watch on everything so you can have peace of mind. Rhonnie took care of my silk back bearded dragon, Louise, on a last minute attempt to find a sitter while i was away for the week. She had never worked with bearded dragons before but saw my urgency and was more then happy to take care of Louise with no hesitation! She was EXCELLENT! cannot recommend her enough. I received constant updates on Louise's tank conditions, how she was doing, if she was eating and just general fun pictures of Rhonnie hanging out with Louise! She is kind, caring and considerate and someone I can absolutely say you can give your 100% trust towards. I recently used e-Services Pet Care for the first time. My 2 dogs stayed with Connie for a 5-day stay. I was somewhat uneasy with using new pet sitters since it was the puppy’s first time away from family. After meeting Rhonnie and Connie, most of my uneasiness was mitigated. Throughout the stay, I was kept well informed with updates and pictures. They were very flexible and able to accommodate my unpredictable schedule.
