I am a business and Facilities manager for a church and we required a new company to clean our residential area and our offices. I called Cesar and he promptly gave me fair pricing, and was very detailed as to what was included in the weekly cleaning. I decided to do a deep clean was not disappointed. Cesar expected to take maybe 5 hours to clean the place (3 bedrooms, 4 living rooms, 6 bathrooms and 4 offices. It took longer than the 5 hours but the place was not just spotless but it smelled spectacular, he did not leave until the job was completed impeccably. Cesar is very kind and honest, needless to say we have them cleaning weekly. This company is reasonably priced and communicates well. Dust accumulates very quickly when things are properly cleaned so I would say, read all the reviews before you take the word of one bad one that doesn't make sense. I would highly not recommend Ernesto's cleaning service to any one as he no showed twice. I requested for a quote and Ernesto immediately called me to schedule an appointment for a walk through of the house. Saturday morning came and I did not hear from him. I called to see if he was still coming and he said he was out of town and would not be able to make it. No effort was made to inform us about this cancellation on his end. This was particularly frustrating because I currently live an hour away from the location I'm requesting to be cleaned. During the phone call, he offers another day and time to meet with a promised discount due to his poor communication. Again, Ernesto never showed up. There was no text, phone call, or any other form of communication. I am very disappointed with Ernesto's professionalism, respect of our time, and communication. Save your time and effort. Came to our new place to do a move out clean, left their ladder , said they'd be there between 12-1 the following day for pickup . I *tried* to confirm to make sure that i would be home , called left messages , no one answered or even returned my voicemailsI came home to my LOCKED HOME & ladder was gone . Sketchy, unprofessional and SKETCHY . How can you justify just breaking in to someone's home when you are a "legitimate " business .I don't appreciate this behavior and do to this I do not recommend,entering someone's home outside of the allocated window they provided is so wrong and really sketchy!!!!!!! We live in San Jose and own a few Airbnb's in Moss Landing. Our cleaners were out, so we needed last minute deep cleaning services. We landed with Ernesto's, who quoted us $450 to deep clean a 3 bedroom property. Since we don't live nearby, we asked him to send before/after photos. I texted a few times during their cleaning to ask for photos, but none were sent. A week later, I receive a text that the deep cleaning is $675, even though we were quoted $450. There was no communication in the additional charges. Our normal cleaners came back the next day to look at the property and said the blinds were still dusty, windows not cleaned, and behind the furniture and linen closets were not cleaned. I would think a deep clean would include those things, especially at $675 for a 3 bedroom. While I appreciate that they were able to step in when our regular cleaners were out, I don't appreciate the bait and switch on pricing. If I knew it was $675, I would have went with one of the other companies that were also available. More...

Requested a quote for services and received a response within minutes. Ernesto's Cleaning Services was able to help us with an deep clean apartment move out within two days. They showed up on time and were done after three hours. They provided updates throughout the cleaning and provided a walk through when finished. I found Ernesto's on Yelp as I had redone my office and needed a deep clean before moving everything back in. Ernesto's responded to my request for a bid on a Friday and said he would arrive at 5-5:30. I agreed and gave we him mine and my assistant's numbers to let us know when he was here. He called us both at 4:30 to let us know he was there. (An hour earlier than agreed on). No problem, we both high tailed it over to meet with him. He said he could complete the job (including windows and one small area rug steaming ) for $45 per hour, 6 hours. I asked him to send a bid and texted him my email address. I never got the bid on Friday night as promised, so asked again on Saturday. He texted me "Between $480-$530 ". I said that sounded high and was confused as he had quoted $45 per hour for 6 hours when he came out. I thanked him and let him know it was out of my price range. He responded that he would do the whole job for $400 and I agreed. He asked what time he should come on Sunday and I said 8am. He said that was too early, so I asked him to tell me what time he would like to come. He said 10, I said fine. On Saturday he texted and said he would see me at 9am on Sunday. I responded "9 or 10?" He restated 9am. Ok. No problem. At about 3am he texted that he was just finishing a job and was tired, he would see me at 11. At 10:30 he texted that he just woke up and needed to shower and eat, and would see me between 11:30-12. At 11:58 (as I was patiently waiting at my office to let him in) he texted to let me know he was on his way from Capitola. I said I would wait, and he arrived at 12:20. He completed the job in about 4.5 hours and I came to let him out and pay him. He was unable to steam clean the rug, but told me he would take it home and bring back clean on Monday. He did not provide an invoice when I paid him, but said he would send me one when he got home. Monday came and went, no rug, no invoice. My assistant called to ask when we could expect them and he said Tuesday. She let him know the hours we would be in the office, and that we must leave by 4. He texted me at 3:45 to let me know he would not make it by 4. I said no problem, I would wait. He arrived very close to 4 with the wet rug and no invoice. He felt my assistant was rude when she asked for the invoice, and he did not provide it. I reached out to him to ask again for the invoice and he told me I would have it in 20 minutes. After another hour and a half, still no invoice. I sent a text with my email , just in case he lost it and that was holding him up. No response. Thursday morning, I asked again, politely, and he finally sent it!What a pain, I would not recommend, there's still adhesive on my new floors. Ugh. More...

Scheduled an appointment on Monday 7/26/2021, the appointment was confirmed via Email Nobody showed up at the scheduled time, nobody called to say they were going to be late , there was no contact made on their end. So I called them 45m after they were suppose to arrive, he said there was some sort of misunderstanding Yet the appointment was confirmed via email So I scheduled an appointment for 7/27/2021- which was the very next day. Wow, talk about great service! Ernesto did a fantastic job. I accidentally left my back window open which was parked next to my lemon tree. I'm on the HOA Board of our complex and used Home Advisor Services to find a cleaner for our Clubhouse. (I don't think it had been thoroughly cleaned in decades! ) Ernesto's Cleaning Service expressed interest, Cesar was very personable, and his bid for a deep cleaning was way lower than the other service I checked out. He and his workers spent two days cleaning the 2-floor, 3-bedroom Victorian from top to bottom, including bathrooms, kitchen appliances, carpet (using a steam cleaner), upholstery, laundry room, innumerable windows, and finally the absolutely filthy kitchen floor. The result was splendid, with floors, windows and appliances literally gleaming, and the musty smell of the house finally gone! We want to hire Ernesto's to clean our Clubhouse on a monthly basis.
