We had to throw a wedding togerher in five weeks time because my daughter's fiance is in the Marine Corps. and so he has certain time constraints that we had to be able to work with in order to pull this wedding off! . We had our wedding at the powelton in newburgh in the chilly month of december. Erik did an amazing job on capturing special moments of the day! Never felt like he was intruding on our time at the wedding and he took amazing photos! Within 48 hours we had preliminary best shot photos.. and i have to say they came out beautiful!! Eric photographed our wedding for us. It was a last minute decision to have a photographer and he made himself available. I knew Eric was a great photographer as I have seen a lot of his work, but was still in awe of the level of professionalism during the ceremony and the reception, most of the time we didn't even know he was there . Erik is a consummate professional and outstanding photographer. He snapped our August wedding, which encompassed three venues and two homes over an eight-hour period, and didn't miss a beat. He nailed the big spots, took great formals and, most importantly, captured those awesome spontaneous moments that make a wedding personally perfect. When Erik met with us, he noted that his goal was to document the day without intruding, be a fly on the wall, so to speak. He did exactly that.

And his photos are terrific. Erik sent us an immense amount of digital proofs along the way, allowing us to quickly share with family and friends who didn't attend the wedding. And he edited anything we needed, handing us our discs promptly. The shots are beautiful. He has a strong eye and is a master of manipulating light. Our batch of finals includes a handful of photos we instantly framed and hung.

Erik met with us at the beginning of the process, then checked in as we neared the wedding. I made final adjustments with him just before the weekend, and he was prompt and prepared for his shift. Our guests who had a moment with him loved him. We did, too.

Erik came to my house to take pictures of my 1 year old little boy. Erik had patience and did a great job following the baby around and dealing with a very tired baby. Erik used both artificial and natural lighting to get amazing photographs. I would use Erik again in a heartbeat to do family photography and was very pleased with his every aspect of the experience.
