I went in after not having a haircut for about a year (my being lazy) and Caitlin was awesome! She was honest about how much needed to come off, which was a lot less than I expected (woohoo! ) and listened to my lifestyle and gave me an excellent cut based off of that. She recommended a product to me and I was very pleased when she recommended a smaller version, since I don't need to use as much, instead of a larger, more expensive bottle.
