Eric Moss Fitness is unlike any fitness program I've ever tried. Eric's process is simple yet methodical. His gym has no mirrors, no music, and you'll be working out either barefoot or in socks. My goal is to increase my power and strength, and Eric seems to be the perfect ticket to get me there. He is deceptively strong (he can bend steel with his bare hands!) and VERY knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition. I've just recently started with Eric, and I'm already feeling the results. Although Eric  workouts are intense, they don't feel that way. He makes working out fun and exciting. After my first month of training with him I saw results and that's what you look for when you want to be fit. I am much stronger, flexible and all around healthier. I can run easier too. This is all because of his kettle bell workout program. I recommended him to a couple of coworkers and they joined.If you have a problem with lifting weights, Eric can find an alternative or modify the kettle bell training. His knowledge of kettle bells and nutrition are the perfect match to a better body and overall fitness. More...
