About

Janine Love has been in Property Management since 1993 when she moved to Texas to start a company there. Within the year, Janine was managing over 100 properties and hiring her own teams of contractors who dedicated themselves to the Rental Properties that she managed. After 18 years of managing properties there, Janine moved back to Southern CA for family reasons, and slowly started back her Realty Company and Property Management Services. Janine loves the 1-on-1 contact that she has with both the Owners and the Tenants. She has been very successful at obtaining tenants that stay in the homes for 5+ years, several are at the 10+ now and her longest is now at 29 years in the property (where the son who moved in as a small child, now rents the home with his own family & mother in tow). She screens people well to try to ensure that people who will pay their rent, take good care of the property, and stay (minimizing expensive turn-around times).
