What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Electrostatic Disinfectant Spraying
Electrostatic disinfection uses a specialized sprayer to ensure the most complete disinfecting coverage possible. Electrostatic sprayers take the disinfectant solution inside of them and combine them with air, then use an electrode inside the sprayer nozzle to give them an electric charge.
Day Porter
.All interior common areas, checked for trash/unclaimed items
.Maintain Restrooms Clean, Removing trash as needed and keeping supply dispensers well stocked at all times.
.Keep entry-door glass clean, lobby areas orderly and hallways free of dirt and debris.
.Check exterior of both buildings and surrrounding areas/between buildings and parking lot.
.Empty trash and replace liner from any container requiring service during shift.
.Remove any debris/garbage, palm fronds.
.Make sure elevators are operational.
.Report any light fixtues, water leaks and any damage to the buildings.

Night Cleaning
Night Cleaning include: Sanitizing High Traffic areas, Vacuum, Remove Trash, Replace Liners, Mop Floors, Dust Etc....

Professional Tile Maintenance
Area will be cleared to allow for a smooth, complete and effective tile and grout cleaning process while minimizing any unnecessary disruption.
Area will be thoroughly swept and/or vacuumed to remove loose dirt, debris and sediment. Where necessary, areas will be masked off.
Cleaning solution will be applied by mop, sponge or pressure wand or attachment available in portable, truck mounted extraction or steam cleaning units.
Adequate dwell time will be permitted; allowing cleaning solution to effectively loosen built- up dirt/grease and remove stains as possible.
Solution will be agitated thoroughly including grout lines using soft to medium bristle hand brush, pressure washer tool or spinner type floor machine using proper pad to avoid damaging tile surface. Particular attention will be given to avoid damaging weakened grout, as well as detailing low profile, hard to reach areas around fixtures, corners and edges.
Soiled solution will be removed using power wet vacuum, commercial rayon mop, sponge/cloth or hard surface tool from portable or truck mounted extraction system. Care will be taken not to re-contaminate the grout.
Floor will be rinsed thoroughly and repeatedly until clear (no discoloration in discarded mix) using only clean water to remove remaining dirt and avoid re-contaminating grout.
Professional Carpet Cleaning
Area will be cleared, as possible, to allow for a smooth, complete and effective carpet cleaning process while minimizing any unnecessary disruption
Pre-treatment solution will be sprayed on heavily soiled traffic lanes and spots to improve the effectiveness of soil and spot removal
Carpet will be thoroughly rinsed and extracted using equipment and/or portable units
Spots still remaining after the extraction process will be removed as possible utilizing specialized chemicals and procedures
Commercial, high-speed air movers will be used, when needed, to circulate dry air and absorb carpet dampness more quickly and effectively
A thorough walk-through of the carpeted areas will be performed as a final quality check of the service performed
Strip and Refinish of VCT Floors
1. Vacuum floors.
2. Apply stripper with mop and let sit to work.
3. Scrub the floors with a low speed floor machine.
4. Remove finish with a commercial wet/vauum.
5. Mop floors with a neutral floor cleaner and allow the floors to dry.
6. Apply one base coat of sealer, followed by one or more tops allowing each coat to thoroughly dry.
