I’m 79 1/2 yo and I’ve been training with Klaudia for a year and a half. What led me to train with Klaudia is her knowledge of the body and how it performs and is someone that follows what she teaches. After listening to my concerns and goals she developed a program. I have nothing but great things to say. I was having areas of soreness. Turns out I was under using vital supportive muscles and my form needed some correction. Yes, remote sessions with even minimal equipment. I also have a fully equipped gym.
I also do online coaching through a coaching app clients gets daily workouts with videos. They can send me videos for form check. Online package includes weekly check ins and daily support as needed via text.

Many things changed since Covid. But I think the most important is to train my client to have them happy and healthy so no matter what comes they will always will be prepared and come out as a winner.
