We have trusted Kritters for years with our puppy, back to when they first opened down the street. We feel comfortable with them, you can tell they love animals and know how to take care of them. The pup always comes home worn out from a week of day care, or nice and clean after a grooming visit. We've never had a problem with injuries or medicines being ignored. I used another well known boarder last year and my dog came out being pulled, dragging his feet, and peeing all the way down the hall. I was scared to leave him again, but after glowing reviews I tried KCC. From my first call the staff was kind, thoughtful, and put my mind at ease! I'm very impressed with this place! The owners and staff really love dogs. When we got there, they very carefully wrote all our directions into the computer as to feeding time, prescriptions, etc. (We took our dogs own food so as not to upset their tummies) They took excellent care of our three dogs! Today was our first day using Kritters Country Club’s doggy daycare service. Everyone was extremely helpful and nice and the best part is our dogs had a blast. They had a ton of pent up energy that they needed to burn off and Kritters was the answer! Usually when I get home from work, they are going wild and wrecking the house. Absolutely love both facilities. Each facility is unique in its own way. The Winston kennels are in the country and have indoor/outdoor kennels, which I like a little better than the Douglasville kennels.
