Such an incredible environment! Each time I go in I am greeted with genuine enthusiasm and love. The coaches are amazing and full of energy! The owners and staff are friendly. I joined this studio gym eight months ago and I absolutely love it. The instructors are great, fun, friendly and really care about the members. They provide different classes, from Zumba to Spinning, and you keep track of your heart rate and calories burned by using the Zone belt, which is a great device. The ambiance is very inviting, you never feel intimidated and all the ladies (female only gym) are encouraging each other during and after class. I have made amazing friends while getting in shape!
