Nadira & the Envi Event team are truly amazing at their work, but even more amazing are their personalities. They made my fairytale wedding come to life even brighter than what I had imagined. From tackling my family members indecisive last minute changes to taking care of vendor disagreements, there’s so much that Nadira took care of for us. She made my mother and I feel at peace and we even had guests and friends come to us asking how we remained so calm during this huge 3-day wedding event; the answer was simple, our wonderful wedding planner, Nadira. With her by our side we knew everything would be taken care of. If she wasn’t next to me she was with my mom making sure everything was just how she wanted for our guests and my in-laws. Nadira has an amazing reputation and I knew I made the right decision when we got on our very first phone call; she knew everything I wanted without even explaining the details to her. Nadira is amazing at what she does! Matt and I were nervous about planning a fusion wedding with our busy schedules, but Nadira handled it all. She did all the negotiating, found many vendors, came to any meeting I needed her at, answered my call at any time of the day, and made sure we stayed within our budget. Nadira is a true gem and an amazing individual who just so happens to be an outstanding event planner. She is seasoned in what she does and knows the industry very well. She helped my husband and I plan a wedding beyond what we could have ever imagined and allowed me to be involved in every small detail without ever making me feel like any request was impossible or not worthy of her time. But what sets Nadira apart from most individuals (and not just other wedding planners) is the person she is at her core: loyal, genuine, hardworking, compassionate, and trustworthy. This is not just her job or her company, this is her life and she gives it 150% all the time. She is available at 11pm for calls, responds to emails at 2 am and is in meetings with you at 8 am on the weekends. Her work ethic is second to none. She has the skills, the heart, the genuineness, drive, the attention to detail, commitment and compassion that would make her succeed in any endeavor she chooses and I feel so fortunate she choose event planning and more so that I had someone like her by my side to plan the biggest event in my life. One of the saddest parts of my wedding planning process being over is no longer having Nadira a constant in our lives. Having her as our planner was by far the best decision we made during this process and words will never do justice to how grateful my husband and I are to her. For any of you on the fence about hiring Envi Events for your wedding, jump off the fence immediately and sign that contract. There is no doubt in my mind that our wedding would have been a disaster without Nadira’s expertise and amazing help! Nadira came highly recommended to me by various friends and family and she did not disappoint. I hired Envi to assist with the few months leading up to our wedding including the wedding day. In point of fact though, Nadira was available and always happy to provide any advice or guidance necessary – even long before she was required to get involved. I am a very Type A, detail oriented person and typically find it difficult to locate other individuals that are as detail oriented, Nadira met and exceeded my expectations. From simply listening to provide a sympathetic ear, calming my crazy nerves, developing creative solutions, and keeping everything organized and on track, Nadira was truly the most amazing planner. Nadira was available every step of the way to assist with the multiple events for the wedding (she advised on budget concerns, timelines, organizational issues, ideas to make the wedding unique and different, and other vendors that I needed to hire). The entire Envi staff was so amazing and ensured that our wedding was flawless! I have no idea if any issues even arose during that week because Nadira stepped up and I was left to simply relax and enjoy every moment of the week – what more could a bride ask for?! Nadira and her team were highly organized, thorough, and helped me tremendously in planning every aspect of our wedding. I could not thank them enough! Thinking back on it, this was the best decision I made in planning our wedding. Nadira was always responsive to my texts and emails and would address my problems and concerns completely. She worked well arranging contracts with vendors making sure that we got what we wanted at the price point we were asking. Love, Love, LOVEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE Nadira!!!! Where do I begin? Nadira made my wedding a dream come true! It was absolutely EVERYTHING I wanted! Nadira along with her team made our wedding day stress free! I never thought that was possible. My husband and I decided to have a destination wedding in Cancun, Mexico. So my stress level was already high working Monday-Friday 9-5 and having to communicate with a wedding coordinator in Miami, Florida that worked Monday- Friday 9-5 it was really hard finding time during work to reply to emails, look at pictures and sign off on vendor contracts. The second I brought on Envi Event Planning I literally had absolutely nothing to worry about by the time I would see an email from vendor Nadira would have already replied. I brought Nadira with me when I went to my initial site visit to Cancun to check out the resort and met all the perspective vendors. Nadira sat in on every single meeting and negotiated and bargained till we got the price we were looking for. Day of coordination was also spot on! Nadira and Tulsi were both easily accessible and always in eyes view. At all times I had one of them by my side day of the wedding for anything I needed. Nadira made sure she met with the maharaj before every event to make sure he had everything he needed to perform the ceremonies. She even ran all around Cancun to find us paan leafs and coconuts! She made sure she met with the decorators before they started to confirm all the décor and was out there making sure that everything was done perfectly for when the guest started arriving. She really was everything I needed to make sure my wedding weekend was absolutely perfect! There are just not enough words to truly describe how AMAZING Nadira is!!! :o) The BEST wedding planner out there!!!! :o) Throughout the process, she was VERY available, responsive and helpful in EVERY aspect of the wedding planning - from her preferred vendor list to the executing of all the wedding events, she did a SUPER DUPER RIDICULOUSLY GREAT JOB! !!!! :o) Again, I don't think that even does justice to how great she is - all our wedding events (3 days plus brunch) went SOOOOOOOOOOOOO smoothly and perfectly because of Nadira and her team, Tulsi and Sharmeen, who were also AMAZING!!! :o) I was able to relax, spend time with my friends/family and did not worry even for one second about ANYTHING because I knew Nadira and her team would take care of it :o) I had a BLAST at all of my events which is all to do because of the peace of mind I had with Nadira and her team :o) All of our guests RAVED about how amazingly smooth and fun our wedding was with no major hiccups, although I'm sure Nadira was behind making sure NOTHING went wrong :o) She really is INCREDIBLE!!! :o) Would highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend Nadira!!!! :o) More...

Frankly speaking, my wedding was fantastically dreamy, magical, and through and through, full of the best memories of my life. ..and that is because of Nadira and her Envi crew. They superseded my visions and helped me with every detail. I also found that they became like family and close friends- an integral support system throughout. Envi connected me with the vendors that adhered to my vision (which was confusing at times, even to me) but also my budget, my timing, and familial, plus emotional needs! Nadira takes the effort and energy and time it takes to get to know and understand what it is that a bride and groom need, every step of the way. I applaud them for their every move that made my events surpass all my wildest wedding fantasies. I can only say one last word, she makes a wedding (at whatever monetary or sensitive capacities) not just a traditional - or in my special case, non traditional- party, but a celebration for the love of two people, the most important (typically forgotten amongst all that needs to be handled- but not forgotten by Envi) reason for it to happen. If I could give Nadira and her staff more than 5 stars, I would in a heartbeat. Thanks to Nadira, I had the most stunning wedding I could have ever imagined. A girl dreams of a stunning dress, a handsome prince, and an all-around breathtaking evening. Nadira made all of that happen and more. Thanks to her, we tried a brand-new catering company, and a month later, people are still raving about our food. I wasn't thrilled with the lighting at our venue and dreamed of floral chandeliers, and Nadira made it happen. We may not have had helicopters or even a horse for our Baraat, but when I told Nadira I wanted a kitschy Punjabi rickshaw, she delivered. We had the best DJ in town, the best decorator in town, the best everyone because of Nadira. Yes we had minor mishaps, but considering that we got out of a big Indian wedding with literally only missing one earring back, I would consider that a win. Nadira is probably the most organized and imaginative person I know. She is truly incredible and has the ability to turn your visions in to a reality. Without her help I don't think my event would have been as amazing as it was! She is able to turn anything around and handle situations as they come, which is such an important quality in an event planner! Words can’t describe how thankful we are to Nadira and the rest of the team at Envi Event Planning. From our first meeting to our wedding day, Nadira was able to understand our vision for our wedding and she never stopped working hard towards helping us achieve our dream wedding. If there was even a small doubt about anything, she always made sure we didn’t make any bad or hasty decisions. Even with limited time - she would always assure us that we would find something better or work any problem out. Nadira is a very hard working, honest and extremely professional person who is great at what she does. We feel that she helped us as if this was one of her own family member’s wedding. She assisted us tremendously in picking and working out contracts with our vendors. Her experience in working with them before helped us narrow down some very professional, reliable, and extremely talented individuals at each of their respective roles. We were happy with every single vendor she assisted us with. From helping us select and negotiate the venue, to ensuring we were well taken care of with water/food at our events, there is no detail that she overlooked. With a large guest count of about 800 people, her work was flawless in coordinating all of our successful events.
