Hannah and Chanelle were #Vessels of #Blessings when I needed to replace my vehicle. They also helped me purchase a second vehicle two weeks ago when my #BabyBrother totaled out his car. [FYI I want to shout out #Esurance for having my back through this process.] They went to war on our behalf for both vehicles; convincing the banks we were worth financing. Current income easily exceeds $100,000. They helped remove anything coming close to discrimination from the equation. They treated us as anyone in the #World of #Business or #CustomerService should. TL:DR-Go here if you know what you want and want a good deal.My car had just hit the 200K marker and was at the point where I had to refill the oil before the next scheduled check. Â This means that the seals are starting to go and either it's time to consider heavy repairs or to get another vehicle. Â Since I needed a car with different abilities, I chose to replace. Â Needed an AWD with good gas mileage and found a great deal on a Subaru Impreza on their website. Â While it was more expensive than the last ones they had on there a few weeks ago, the stock rotates regularly and if you hesitate, the car you want can be bought by someone else. Â Besides, it was still a great deal. Â Â Scheduled my test drive on the website and was contacted the same day by Besser. Â He was very patient with the questions I had and took as much time as needed to make sure every concern was addressed. Â Went in on a Friday. Â Besser was friendly, patient, and a good listener. Â There was no pressure and he wanted to make sure that if I didn't like the car that I knew I could find another one at another Enterprise Car Sales location and have it brought to them (In state was no charge, but out of state had transportation fees). Â Luckily, I liked the vehicle right away and signed everything right there. Â The entire process took about 2 - 3 hours from arrival to driving off the lot with my new (to me) car. Â They even paid more for my former vehicle than I thought it was worth. Â Financing was painless and got a good rate. Â Was surprised that they cut the price even lower due to them just starting their Black Friday deals. Â They also include a 12 month warranty with any vehicle purchase so there's almost no risk when it comes to the car's reliability in the short term. Â I highly recommend that if you're serious about buying a car, then check here. Know what you want, do your research, and take a test drive. Everyone I worked with was amazing!! All of the staff was friendly, personable, and helpful. Diego was my Sales rep, and he was top notch! ! His service was above and beyond what I was expecting. He took the time to really listen to what I was wanting in a vehicle, and found a car way nicer than what I thought I could afford!! Also, my situation was pretty precarious, as my car was totaled and my husband is overseas. I was having to use a Power of Attorney for everything. The team made it a breeze! All the while, he saved me money by managing to avoid a large transfer fee. I could tell he was really invested in wanting to make me happy with my purchase. Also, the team promises to follow up even after the sale to make sure everything is up to standard or if I have any questions. We had an excellent experience, as first time buyers from a business rather than personal seller my roommate and I were rather nervous but we're desperately in need of a new car. Ms. Desiree Monson-Mathiesen helped us and went to great lengths to soothe our nerves and find us a vehicle within our strict budget. She treats customers like friends and that helped a great. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! They sold me a lemon! After 3 months of having a 2017 Ford Fusion, the check engine light came on. Uncommon diagnosis ! Charges you to determine diagnosis and if it is not the engine, you have to pay for repairs. Great service with buying the car, after that youre on your own! I want to save someone else the headache! Stephen and his staff are wonderful. They are no pressure sales. Joshua our sales rep. worked hard to find a car in my daughter's budget. When she locked her keys in the trunk Stephen spent a long time trying to get a solution to get them out and called his technician to come on a Sunday morning to make us a key. If you need a car, and you don't contact the team at Enterprise Car Sales in Renton, I don't know what you're doing with your life. I just don't. My experience here was HANDS DOWN the greatest car sales experience I've had. I'm a veteran struggling with Post Dramatic Stress Disorder, and for me, this means I'm often deeply uncomfortable in most settings where the faces aren't familiar to me. With Mandy Randev and the rest of the team at Enterprise Car Sales, I didn't feel this way. With the team at enterprise, I felt like I'd met up with an old group of friends who just happened to be helping make a vehicle purchase. Really fast and good service from the time I walked in to the time I left. Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the rubber on my 2 back passenger doors is coming off within a month of having the vehicle. Enterprise fixed the rubber on my front door, so when I stopped by to tell the rep. about the back door I was told to have the mechanic just put adhesive instead of completely fixing the problem. Left a message with the the enterprise office because the mechanic didn't recommend doing that. Still haven't heard anything. More...

Just bought my fifth auto from here and really don't think I will ever go anywhere else. Â I have always been treated fairly and with respect and never lied to. Dealing with Enterprise was the best car-buying experience I've ever had. It was so simple, no pressure, I love that the price was firm and fair with no haggling. I'd been renting a car from Enterprise for 2 weeks after mine blew the engine. I decided to see what their sales department had to offer. I perused their cars online and made an appointment to come and see one. The staff couldn't have been more friendly, attentive and helpful. In fact, Owo, the young man who showed me the car I came to see kept gently redirecting me back to the cars in the my stated budget. I ultimately picked a slightly higher priced mini SUV. The finance manager (Scott?) got me a better interest rate and terms than from my pre-approved financial institution. I was not expecting to drive away with a car that day that I've fallen in love with. When I did, the sales rep paired my Bluetooth and gave me a brief tutorial on the workings of the vehicle. He knew so much about it! He took my picture in front of the car, gave me a hug and sent me on my merry way. Easy, painless experience. Worked well with Vystar to get the loan taken care of quickly. I went out the door same-day after a few hours with my new car. I appreciated the attention to detail in cleaning the car completely, ordering necessary cosmetic parts, and new tires. I would recommend Enterprise Car Sales to anyone I know looking for a good used car and is ready to purchase one on the lot. No-haggle price is the best. My only negative - on my last visit, while I was waiting, I heard them tell 2 customers their transfer was fine and that the ETA info just hadn't been updated. The customers left and immediately after, I hear them talking about how the transfer never initiated and "hope the car is still available" because of so and so's mistake...I'm sure this happens at all dealerships and I know they'd rectify any mistake made, I just didn't expect to hear about it so loudly and publicly. It made me thankful I didn't transfer a car like I had planned, and I probably won't ever do so with them. Our sales consultant Rez Malek and manager Walter are outstanding and moved Heaven and Earth to help my husband and I into a car that far exceeded our wildest dreams, something we never would have considered possible. I've tried for years to get a new car. I never even thought of going to enterprise for a car. But I know they take care of the cars they rent. So my mom suggested them and so I went in on Wednesday and Jim was my finance guy and Renee was my sales woman. And I have to say both of them are amazing people. I already had a vehicle in mind when I went in. I called Tuesday and asked about it. Had an appointment Wednesday to look at it and was worried about financing because my credit wasn't the greatest. Well my credit was better than I thought. Anyway I came in Jim talked with the lenders. Then held the car for me until I got the money together for them. Dropped off the money Thursday morning. Jim re talked with the lenders. Got a better payment and deal for me. It didn't come with an automatic start and I asked Jim if we could work that into the payment and he said he will look and he made it happen! I left to my appointment Thursday. Come back Thursday afternoon sign the papers and out the door I go with my new car. Now Thursday when I get to work I see oil on the ground and I'm thinking that's not from me. Well come to find out yes it's mine. I call Friday morning to Renee and let her know whys going on and she tells me to have Dwayne check it out since he was also replacing the wipers front and back. Because the back on was broken. So anyway I call her and she says they will take care of it. There was no oil leak just some excess oil that wasn't cleaned when an oil change was done. This by far has been the best experience of buying a car. If I ever buy a car in the future I will definitely come back to enterprise. They made my experience better than I ever thought! I went to Enterprise Car Sales just to look around. Ben was really nice and helpful suggesting models after hearing what I was looking for, but I kept on looking all over town. Then, my old car finally died; so I had to speed up my car buying timeline. When I applied for a loan at Vystar, Enterprise was suggested as a seller. With a firm loan amount, I went back to Enterprise. Gary spent all morning with us, helping test drive at least six different vehicles! He was so patient with us. It was fantastic. The automobiles are all online with complete list of specs and detailed pictures. The truck was not in a convenient location for me and it was very little to have shipped close by the house and much more convenient. Constant communication all the time and the rep even went out to check the vehicle with me on the cell phone so i could see in person how fantastic it was. All I can say is that Enterprise must have outstanding sales training courses and mentors because my salesman (Dericcus) is the poster boy for LISTENING! He sat down with me and asked me questions about what I needed in a car and listed them by priority. He went to his inventory data base, took what I told him and came up with TWO possible choices of the same make and model. He put me in a make that I would never have viewed myself BUT I was very happy with his suggestion. He opened another world of driving experience that I would have passed over due to my history of picking the same three makes of cars. He proved the old sales adage "BE INTERESTED NOT INTERSTING" He listened to my needs and wants and SOLD me on the spot.
