What do you love most about your job?
Being able to make the zoom call to our clients letting them know they have access to the resources they need to grow the company per their vision and mission. Nothing transforms a company faster then a influx of capital into the business and its is such a fun process to come up with a plan and execute all the way thru to a successful result. That doesn't get old :)
What inspired you to start your own business?
Imelda and I created enstigate to change the game for the entrepreneur and business owner. We combined the personal development, mindset, capital and consulting company that has successfully helped a lot of people over the years. The true definition of enstigate (or instigate) is to initiate and action and/or an event. We wanted to make sure it was a positive action and since Imelda passed away in June 2017 I know she very proud of the legacy she has left behind.
