Henry and Lisa, the owners are not only great people, they have a great product PIZZA made with LOVE. We loved having them at Red White and Blues on the Falls music festival and now enjoy seeing them at the food trucks at the Y in Wimberley!

Being a pizza lover, I had a hard time picking which pizza I wanted. I picked the Spicy Sausage, and when I ordered, they told that the sausage was home-made and boy, was it a good pizza! Enrico Blaze Wood Fire Pizza was a success! My wife and I needed someone to come by and cater for our party. We had around 70 people from her business here. The day of our party, they drove right into our driveway, through up a tent and started making delicious wood fire pizzas. Needless to say, the wood fire pizza was a smash hit. People also loved the Mediterranean style pizzas, including myself. Everyone mentioned how much they enjoyed the pizzas. Customer service was professional and they surpassed our expectations. More...
