Although my practice has always offered virtual counseling, it is now more important than ever to be able to have the option to chose what form of counseling makes you the most comfortable. I offer counseling sessions both in-office as well as through HIPAA compliant video or telephone.

What do you love most about your job?
I love helping you understand and work through your difficulties such as anxiety, depression, grief, life skills, parenting, or what ever your stressors may be. I want to support you as you heal from your pain and grow from your challenges so you can move forward to where you want to be in your life.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I went back to school at age 40 for my master's in mental health counseling inspired by the desire to help people with their struggles and challenges. Several years later with hard work and a commitment to my clients and profession I have been able to continue on my path opening my own private practice.
