Probably one of the best Xtreme hip hop step classes I’ve been too. Coach G brings that smmmookkee for the entire hour. I thought this was a beginner class… she had us moving and grooving. I LOVE ❤️ Energy Shot Fitness 😊!! It is a great place to come to get in shape, improve fitness and personal goals that boost your self confidence. Every class that I attend is a GREAT experience!! ALL instructors are soooo sweet, caring, and professional!! The weekly crew that are in class with me are encouraging, positive, and willing to help at any time.
