Listening then devising effective plan to reach goals in a healthy manner. Includes meal plan, cardio, and weight training. Most important is getting the mind ready to make changes and stay consistent along tge way.

What inspired you to start your own business?
My fascination with the human body and how it works. Coupled with my genuine interest in helping people change their lives for the better.

Yes! Half of my business is done remotely using facetime and zoom. My clients love the convenience of being able to workout anywhere at anytime. All that is required are a couple dumbbells and some energy!
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
If in person, wiping down equipment, wearing a mask and overall being mindful of taking necessary precautions.

Self Myofascial Release Massage
Generally in-person techniques using either a foam roller, lacrosse ball, or golf ball to release fascia bound to muscle groups to allow greater flexibility and mobility. I can instruct virtually as well so the client can do themselves with my supervision.
In-person I will additionally be using a Hypervolt massage gun to further address soecific mobility needs.
Monitor Client Progress
Daily, weekly, and monthly assessments with you to be sure we are staying on course with our agreed plan.
Provide information on specific fitness and health topics
I like to educate my clients with the latest scientific info to help thrm undersrand why we are doing what we are doing.
