Nutrition consulting tailored to your fitness goals.

I will develop a personalized fitness program tailored specifically to your fitness goals.

Generally in-person techniques using either a foam roller, lacrosse ball, or golf ball to release fascia bound to muscle groups to allow greater flexibility and mobility. I can instruct virtually as well so the client can do themselves with my supervision.

In-person I will additionally be using a Hypervolt massage gun to further address soecific mobility needs.

Daily, weekly, and monthly assessments with you to be sure we are staying on course with our agreed plan.

I like to educate my clients with the latest scientific info to help thrm undersrand why we are doing what we are doing.
