I love this place! I have eaten in their very allergen-friendly restaurant. Their food is so clean, fresh, and delicious. I have also used their sauna (many of times) and vitamin D lite therapy . I would come here every day if I could! Highly recommended! More...

Had my first 90 minute facial with an added on microdermabrasion treatment yesterday and I am still glowing! Personally I suffer from dry and flaky skin due to taking hot showers and not hydrating my skin as I should. My service provider, Mary Dinse, made me feel comfortable and was very knowledgeable of the products and efficiencies about proper skin care. Mary even helped me develop a unique, daily skin care routine that I will be able to use for its upkeep. The location is easy to get to and the environment of the spa was very warm and welcoming. I have been blessed to find Dr Menzell and to have her helping me to improve my health. After my accident, I was told by medical doctors (MD's) that I would always need to take different drugs. Thanks to Dr Menzell I have found I do not need and have not taken the pharmaceutical drugs the MD's said I wold need! The best part is I feel better and now have a plan to follow to keep me healthy and keep restoring my body's ability to heal itself.
