I'm a personal trainer and health coach. I assist my clients in creating a plan for lifestyle change. My clients not only want to look good on the outside but they want to feel good on the inside. My program is not cookie cutter because I believe everyone is different.

I help my clients achieve their fitness goals by listening to their needs and creating a well rounded program specifically for them. I also believe accountability is very essential to my client's success.

I believe consistency is the secret to getting the body you desire and realizing that it takes time. Anything that takes time is worth having and keeping.

What I love most about my job is watching my clients grow from an unhealthy state to a healthy state. I enjoy hearing their stories. In some ways I feel like a life saver and it's very rewarding.

My own story inspired me to start my own business. I grew up as a "fat girl". As a matter of fact, my grandfather called my "fat so" as a term of endearment. Every time I looked in the mirror, I saw fat girl. It wasn't until I went to the doctor to see if he could help me lose weight. Long story short he told me that I was always going to be a big boned girl. I showed him!!!! Later in life I developed a goiter on my thyroid. I had to have half of my thyroid removed and the doctor told me that I would have to live on synthetic medication for the rest of my life. I also showed him. I currently live with a half of thyroid and I use food as my medicine.

Your clients should only choose me if we're a good fit. I realize I can't save the world and I can't help everyone, but I am sincere in my approach and I sincerely want to help people make a life change and not just a change to get into a skinny black dress. I want to help as many people as I can live long healthy and happier lives.

I currently only provide my services on line. Since COVID, my gym closed its doors forever. I started training one-on-one on line and it's been very successful. I recently added group fitness via zoom and it too has been very successful. There's no doubt that in person training is best. But right now, online training is safe, convenient and it works.

I started online training for those who are not ready to venture back into the gym. I have clients both on the east and west coast and they are happy and healthy.

Services

Assess clients strengths and weaknesses and create customized workout plans. Workout sessions are online via zoom. Programs are created based on what the client has for equipment. If no equipment available, programs will be created based on body weight movements.

I believe nutrition and movement go hand in hand. One without the other will not produce the goals you're looking for. I assist my clients create a lifestyle change through nutrition. Helping them find the dietary theory that is right for them. A lot of times the bottom line is what's preventing the client from succeeding with their health goals. I assist with uncovering the bottom line.

I assist my client in creating meal plans that are sustainable and right for them. I used to be a bodybuilder and dieting was strict. Many people wanting to create a healthier lifestyle want a meal plan that is sustainable. Meaning they can eat this for life.

I hold my clients accountable to their goals. Making sure they are doing what they said they want to do. This accountability is ongoing and doesn't stop when the client leaves their session. I believe accountability is essential to my clients' success.
