What do you love most about your job?
I've had a long, successful career in management consulting and sales roles. My favorite part of all my different roles involved the people: people I've managed, cross functional teams, people I've mentored and counseled, people I've hired, trained and developed. This has always been what I've loved most about my career.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've launched Enduring Presence so that I can do the things I love. My passion and joy have always been about the people. I draw energy by helping individuals and teams develop, grow and succeed. At this point in my career, I choose to focus on those aspects exclusively.
Why should our clients choose you?
My individual and team coaching focus on helping high potential executives make their best decisions, solve their complicated issues, and be their most successful in both business and life. My clients identify with clarity the outcomes they want to achieve, the actionable plans to achieve them, and then move expeditiously toward their goals. The unique dimension I layer onto all my services is executive presence. While working one-on-one or facilitating teams, I teach the skills necessary to communicate, “command the room”, and influence a group. EXECUTIVE PRESENCE WORKSHOPS
The objective of the Executive Presence Workshops is to develop the skill-set that enables leaders to motivate, inspire and connect to the thoughts and feelings of others. The program leverages a distinct set of exercises, insightful coaching, and full participation. The workshop provides a safe environment for executives to explore current strengths and weakness and to improve their communication, articulation, persuasion, and personal connection skills.

TEAM COACHING & FACILITATION
I’m energized when supporting teams in moving toward a common goal. My facilitated sessions are structured for the immediate task at hand but are fluid as the team and the subject matter evolve. My focus is on team dynamics and how to achieve optimal contribution to strategy, growth and change in order to perform optimally within their specific environments and toward the quality completion of specific tasks.
