Encore Video Services

I've used Encore Video Services twice.  Both experiences rated 5 stars from beginning to end.   David was/is incredibly talented, professional, detail oriented, and patient.   The first time I contacted David, was 9 months ago.  I was in a panic and completely overwhelmed.   My mother had just died.  I had been asked to make an 8 minute video to be played during the church service;  and I only had 4 days to get it done.  Before calling Encore, I had called other companies and none were willing to take on a project on such short notice.   Thankfully David was willing to help.  The finished video was amazing!!!   Everyone loved it.  And the Mortuary's videographer even asked which company I'd used to make it;  because it was the best video he'd ever seen.    So last week, when I needed to make a 10 minute video to be shown during my father's funeral service, Encore/David was my first and only choice.  The finished video exceeded all of my expectations.     And once again, everyone loved it!    I received two compliments that are direct reflections of the quality of David's work.  This time, the mortuary's videographer said,  "Over the years, I've watched a lot of videos and I've made a lot of videos; and the only video that I've ever seen that was as good as this one, was the one you did for your mother."    And during my father's funeral mass, immediately after the video played, the priest said, "Since becoming a priest, I've been to a lot of funerals and that was the best video, I've ever seen." Found Encore on Yelp and couldn't agree more with the 5 star reviews. David was professional, helpful, and easy to work with. He created an amazing slideshow for my Dad's memorial service with photos, songs, and a video clip. Turnaround time was very fast, even over a busy holiday weekend, and the final product was perfect. I had Encore Video make a family video of each of my parents. The family wanted to have them as remembrance of their life. I can not begin to tell you how amazing the video's came out. They were better than I even imagined because David had a short time line to complete because my father was extremely ill. He not only captured their life in photo but also the choice of music that accompanied the pictures added to the special memories. These video's will not only be an important part of my parents memorial services, but will be a visual reminder of how important and loved they were by all who knew them. David is very professional and produces the highest quality of work. They say a photo is worth a 1000 words but David's work is priceless. More...

David was highly recommended by the church where we had my mother's memorial service and I'm so grateful for the recommendation. David did a wonderful job on the video photo montage of my mother and also videotaping the memorial service. I can't stress how professional and easy David is to work with. He has a calm presence and his turn-around time is fast. I was pretty picky, but David was very patient and had the changes done in usually less than 24 hours for me to review online. A couple of friends I talked to said their husbands made video photo montages for birthdays, etc. but I asked how long did it take and did their husbands get grumpy if they asked for too many little changes?  The videos are beautiful and moving, thank you David. My experience with Encore was wonderful. David was able to help my family put together a memorial video for my grandfather's funeral in record time, with little advance notice. It was so professionally done and he was able to meet all our requests, as far as photo order, song coordination, etc. I literally couldn't of asked for more and am so appreciative. If I ever have to do something of this kind again, I would use Encore again without a second thought. The video played at the service yesterday and everyone was blown away and touched by it.
