I am disappointed in cancellation of today’s schedule event due to weather. The forecast is currently all clear until the evening.
I witnessed the rude explanation you provided the host and your refusal to provide an acceptable arrangement or provide refund. That is theft. We are currently enjoying a self setup picnic.
We didn’t allow your poor business practices to ruin our event in perfectly acceptable Florida weather. If you cancel every event that has a potential of rain you may as well cancel your entire summer schedule.

This small business does great with keeping not only their customers safe, but the staff who have to set up and pick up. Set ups are beautiful and the weather policy is made very clear in the terms and conditions (that every customer is required to sign). The only downfall is that she cant change the weather forecast! Unfortunately my picnic experience was canceled due to weather. The rain predicted would have been towards the end of my appointment slot when I requested to make alternative arrangements Holly The owner of this company called me and in a very condescending and disrespectful manner told me that I had clearly not read her terms and conditions. This is for my daughters graduation which we have many visitors coming. She refused to accommodate or make any other arrangements and her communication was abusive and disrespectful I’m appalled how this exciting event unraveld. Her only offering was to reschedule the date at Her convenience .I would never work with this woman again I’m over here in tears trying to plan some thing else because last minute. She simply could not be bothered with the party that I paid in full for. Holly acted as if she’s providing a favor instead of a paid service. More...

I dont even know where to begin. This was a Mother’s Day gift for my mom and this was the best experience I have ever had with a company. From the very first phone call, customer service was excellent! Holly was extremely responsive and kept me up to date on the ever changing weather. The picnic itself was ABSOLUTELY beautiful.
