My siblings and I recently enlisted the services of En Place Catering for our parents' 50th wedding anniversary celebration. While our needs were minimal (dinner for ten), the attention we received was significant. En Place's catering director, Traci, met with me in person to discuss our needs and review menu options. Everything sounded so enticing, and Traci made the experience truly stress-free. Our meal -- consisting of roasted chicken and strip loin -- was plentiful and delicious.
