On a video chat, I begin by listening and gathering information about your situation.
Then we determine if appropriate lab work is needed. (Stool sample, saliva test, urine test or even blood work. Lots of these can be done at home.)
Then we move into devising the perfect approach to enable you to heal. We talk about lifestyle factors like diet, sleep, stress, exercise, household toxins, supplementation, etc.
We meet at regular intervals to check progress, have accountability and make sure we’re moving forward in the right direction.
