Working directly alongside with my clients as they create the ability to reach their most optimal self through our journey together and being able to experience the growth with them as they start producing those desired results is such a Rewarding, Fulfilling and downright AWESOME feeling!
What inspired you to start your own business?
My strong passion and desire to create a space for me to be able to thrive as my true authentic self in all that I have to offer with my natural passion and abilities to help others problem solve, feel better, and grow.
I couldn't do that by having to be placed in a box of someone else's dreams, goals, and vision.

Empower My Life was established for the sole purpose of being able to create a space for me to adequately help others do just what I've done and that's to tap into ALL of who they are, and all that life has to offer.
There is more beyond the point of where you are and what you've experienced so far and my goal is to show you how to get there and make that your new normal.
I offer my clients more than just an hour of services if that's what's needed, because going deeper in order to get further sometimes can require more time in one session. As a result, more can be accomplished, and greater results can happen faster.
I'm highly empathic, so I'm able to really tune in to my client's needs and show up in ways they are truly needing and are greatly beneficial for their journey.
I'm also highly intuitive, so I'm able to bring forth much clarity to those I work with in order for them to make the connections they need to produce forward movement and their desired results.

Intuitive Solutions Session
30mins
This service is designed to provide you with a quick and easy way of receiving feedback, insight, and helpful suggestions from a trained and experienced coaching professional in order to create clarity and forward movement centered around a specific situation in your life.
Single Private Session
2 hrs.
This session is designed for us to go much deeper, so that you can go even further in an area you may be feeling withheld in; all within one session. The time allotted will allow us to get more done in one session than in a traditional 1-hr session.
Sessions can be scheduled on an as needed basis.
Private Sessions Package

*Weekly email and text support for general information during business hours (9a-5p)
This option is a great way for you to gain that extra support you need to get you going a little further on your path in multiple sessions.
As we continue working together with these multiple sessions, we'll be able to slowly, but surely, unpack more over time and work through them more effectively.
Sessions can be scheduled on either a weekly or biweekly basis with this option.
Complete Holistic Success Experience
Full Personal Growth
Includes:
*Private advanced-level breakthrough sessions of up to 2hrs each
*Advanced Support (24hr email and text support, personalized EmpowerMe Messages to keep you lift and increase momentum, and customizable wellness checks to ensure that extra support between sessions)
This is a more in-depth experience for overall growth: mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. We'll work exclusively together on a deeper level in order to get you in alignment and build that solid foundation of success from within that will organically unfold outwardly throughout your relationships and other aspects of your life.
You'll be provided with extra support tailored specifically for your needs through the entire process in order to create consistent forward movement, increased progress, and elevated growth: mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
You will also be qualified at the completion of your full coaching experience an opportunity to extend your coaching journey to a monthly membership for up to 3mnths. This will ensure that you maintain what you establish in this full coaching experience and help you to gain even more!

Personal and Professional Relationship Intervention

Empower My Youth Services
This service caters to ages 19 and younger. Children much younger will need to be evaluated in order to qualify for services.
The goal for this service is to help each individual to Rise Above and Thrive beyond the pressures and challenges of their adolescence in order to improve their academic experience, create a healthier home life and increase their chances at producing better results within their adulthood.
