Since I was first intrduced to Empire MMA, I have watched the growth of many of the students in so many ways like knowledge, respect, and self confidence. I've personally been able to take advantage of some of the extras that empire provides. The owners are very knowledgable, and a wealth of information on more than just skill. Thru hard work, dedication, and absorbing their knowledge, My diet is better. My cardio has improved. And knowledge of weight lifting, body building, and improvement of overall health has increased.
