Empire fitness club

Having recently relocated to the area the first thing  I was hoping to find a good gym. I went on yelp to find something close by that had very early (5am) classes. They offered me a free trial class. I have been going for two weeks and it great. The owners show me modifications because I have a prior back disk injury and can't put any weight on my back. They have a very varied schedule and the workouts are fun. They have a private parking lot and a new soccer field. More...

Five well deserved stars! This Gym is the definition of getting the most bang for your buck where quality beats quantity. Excellent coaching staff helps you torch calories and burn fat in affordable group classes . No wannabe drill sergeant here; real deal sweat fest. Ample parking, I had a blast. Spoke to the coach about a preexisting injury and they helped suggest a low impact alternative exercise. Now THATS what I want out of a coach; an educated comprehension of fitness. More...
