Emotions are gnarly.
The expression often comes out of a surfer's mouth when something simultaneously spectacular and unexpected occurs. I think it’s the perfect way to describe emotions: spectacular and unexpected.
Emotions remind me of ocean waves: unpredictable, wild, loud, revealing, and pure.

It is my belief that Coaches should be temporary people in your life. My goal is to not only use specific exercises/tools with you, but also TEACH you the tool so you can use it when you need it in your life!
Eventually, you won't need me at all! You will have everything you need to live a happy, healthy, and powerful life.
