Emerge Integrative Wellness

I signed up at Emerge right after moving to Long Island and I have definitely found my tribe!Everyone is so nice here! It really is the cherry on top of an already-awesome experience at Emerge. The classes are unique and provide a range of experiences depending on what you're looking for. You can really slow it down and relax in one of their release and restore classes, or burn a bunch of calories and work super hard at move and meditate.
