Your subconscious mind is a powerful tool that powerfully creates your life. What we believe and where we put our attention is what is and/or becomes true. The issue is that we are “thinking” based on a set of beliefs we were taught as children; like math is hard or money doesn’t grow on trees. Then we add to our life experiences that teach us things like love can’t be trusted and that the world is not a safe place.
These memories are embedded deep in your brain and play repeatedly. Since your brain’s only job is to keep you safe, we begin to unconsciously avoid people, places and experiences to feel safe. We want things to look and feel different and yet we are stuck in a loop of fear, anger and disappointment.
I spent years in talk therapy trying to understand and fix what happened to me so that I could feel better. 25 plus years of gave me only a small amount of relief. Trauma of any sort is stored in the body, not in the brain and shows up as all kinds of illnesses, such as mental health, auto-immune, cardiovascular dis-ease and even diabetes.
I uncover the root of all that ails you buried in your subconscious and limiting beliefs. Together we will change how you feel about what you feel. It’s not enough to tell yourself stop thinking about that or let it go, if that worked, we would all already be happy and healthy.
I promise there is light on the other side you simply require support in discovering how powerful and courageous you are and that you CAN move yourself from simply surviving life into thriving in life, just like I have.
